They don't even bother to respond
A year ago I registered and paid $150 for a lifetime subscription. After a hard disk crash I retrieved the programme from my backup to discover it was now operating as the unregistered version and that the registration key I'd been given no longer worked. I've emailed support several times asking for a new key, and they don't even bother to respond. At your own risk!
Product doesn't work
I contacted GETFLV.COM before purchasing their product and asked specific questions on whether or not the software would work for my needs. I was informed that it would work as I need it to and they gave me the instructions to pay and download it .
