On the 15th. October 2013 I was invoiced for Garcina Combogia and Digestit (Colon Cleanse') by HEALTH BEAUTY MART [protected], SBP*BEAUTYMEMBER [protected] and HMB*GLAMOURNATURALS [protected], together with 'Foreign Transaction Fees' totalled $281.88Aust. I now find that on the 24th December2013 $23.11Aust. was deducted from my Westpac Vis account - THIS TRANSACTION WAS 'NOT' AUTHORISED!. I demand that any further deductions from my account cease herewith and the amount of $23.11 be refunded immediately.

We made a conscious decision to purchase 'Garcina Combogia' direct from the USA thinking we would receive a superior product at a fair price with better service - I am now questioning this decision. I can purchase this product here in Australia at a far cheaper price with no 'Foreign Transaction Fees' and am able to negate any, 'Unauthorised', additional charges that may occur by a simple phone call. I have no complaint with 'Garcina Combogia' what so ever - I find it really does work - and am willing to testify to that if called upon to do so

Can you assist me in identifying these companies, for further action, if they are not associated with your company Pacific Naturals.

Just another story of the same. I purchased Garcinia Cambogia in March 2013 and every month since there has been varying charges for US$20. Company names change almost monthly e.g. Discount Club [protected], Discount Harbors [protected],
Discount Royalty [protected], Discount Icons [protected], HBL Discount Sup [protected], Discount Plays [protected], SBP Beauty Rewards [protected], HBL Discount Galore [protected], NBS Beauty Shop [protected], SBP Beauty Program [protected] and DCB Discount Offer [protected] . All up 17 payments @ US $20. Will be referring each of the transactions to my credit card provider as soon as possible.

Was charged 85.94 for a product I didn't order. I called to get a refund and was told I would not receive cash back but credit to use on their site. I said I don't want your product, did not order your product and want my money back. After a heated discussion I was offered a partial refund - restocking charge and freight both ways>. I refused and said I would contact my attorney and we would see who pd who. A refund was promised but not the freight. Still not acceptable I did not order this and will not pay to ship it back nor pay for them to ship it to me. Filed complaint with California Attorney General's Office, will file with my credit card company if refund not received today, and am the way to file with postal inspector for mail fraud!

With me I was on my yahoo e-mail and a ad came up for a free sample for face cream with Dr. Oz that makes you look younger so I go to get it next day they call want me to buy something that goes with it I say no just the free sample well I do have to pay for the shipping ( that's how they got my info)then a few hours latter a guy calls from the same number wants me to take some trial thing I said no he was pushing I pushed no back he says ok next I know $ 85.00 was taken out of my acc. so I call tell them I didn't order it I wanted the free sample the lady said I ordered the free trial so now I have to send it back with in 10 day's and they will put the money back.. I never would have even went to the site if 1) Dr. Oz's name was on it and 2)It was a FREE SAMPLE.

I have just gone through my visa account to do my taxes for the entire financial year I have found a deduction of $22.34 plus international transfer fees for the entire year, If I am to dig back further I bet I will find it has been going on for longer that. OMG I don't even remember how long ago I found an initial payment of $245 taken unlawfully from my account and I telephoned and asked for a refund and was told I could not get one but I was promised the payments were stopped. I have been very ill these past couple of years and unfortunately have not been able to look closely enough at my statements. I am not happy and will be reporting this total violation to the appropriate authorities. I have several different references with several monthly payments being withdrawn, under different names... NBL Captivate beauty @ $22.34 AUD, HBL Discount Shop @ $22.39 and International transaction fees on top. Also one from Alpha Choice for $261.46 how can I stop these unauthorised transactions? Am I likely to be able to recover the funds?

In November 2013 I bought Garcinia Camboge and was billed on my visa card by BMI*HEALTHSTORE [protected]. I only noticed yesterday that I am being billed US$20 per month for a "Discount Club" which I did not sign up for. To date they have taken

AU$245.44 from by Visa Card without authorisation. I rang them this morning on [protected] and advised them to cancel this payment. I also requested that they refund me the US$200 that they have taken without authorisation. I was advised that they could only refund for the last 90 days and that they would refund my last three payments. Each month I am billed by a different reference company. I guess this is to disguise what they are doing. How can we stop this sort of marketing?

POS Wd SBP BEAUTY BENEFIT [protected] CAUS just hit my credit card for $9.95. Sure, not a lot but
I'm pissed. I called them 3 times. It's like talking to a robot. They want me to read my credit card number to them. They claim to need it to look up my account, which of course I don't have - They are thieves. Now I'm working with my credit union.

Hi David, I too have experienced problems with a Garcinia Cambogia Select product from this group of companies. I purchased three bottles of the product for the price of two in December 2013. This was as a one off purchase. I only noticed the small deposits coming out of my account in late February. There were a number of different company names used: EAI*KRUSHBEAUTY [protected] ; DCB*DISCOUNTPERKS [protected] ; NBS*BEAUTYSHOP [protected] ; and finally ; SBP*BeautyBenefit [protected].
I managed to track down the company customer service number in Australia. Their number is: [protected]. I rang around 10am AWST on a weekday and managed to reach them. Apparently when you purchase from this company you can become enrolled in a "wonderful Discount Rewards Club". I am sure I scoured that site for any catches, but either I missed it or they have scammed me.
The Club supposedly cost 20 US Dollars a month, hence the strange amounts as it is being charged to the account according to the exchange rate. I advise immediately contacting this number. At the very least you can get them to cancel your so called membership so that they don't take any more money out. The other option is to dispute the deductions with your bank and then perhaps close your account.
