Thrifty Vet (http://www.thriftyvet.com/) advertises Frontline Plus for Cats as Flea and Tick projection. However, when the product arrived, the package says that it is only for Flea protection. The package details says that the product is produced by Merial in Australia (www. merial.com.au). I went to the Merial.com.au web site and verified that the product I received from Thrifty Vet only kills fleas. Check it out for yourself: http://au.merial.com/products/cats_frontline_plus.asp. Thrifty Vet advertises Frontline Plus for Cats for FLEA AND TICKS! I believe this is a purposeful mis-representation. I did further research and found that there must be an American version of Frontline Plus that DOES kill Fleas and Ticks. There is detailed information about Merial product sold in U.S.A. and at a fairly good price: http://www.amazon.com/Merial-Frontline-Control-Kittens-Doses/dp/B0002J1F76

NexGard is the new flea remedy! Works amazingly. Same price as Frontline in a chewable tablet the dogs dont mind taking. I highly recomment it.

Frontline is no longer effective in the North East. Fleas are no longer killed. Frontline charges an exorbitant amount for their product. I called their company and they would refund my money but they needed a receipt, obviously a way out for them, I offered to send back the unused portion but that was unacceptable. I have two dogs and a cat and spend about $600. per year. DO NOT USE FRONTLINE THE COMPANY IS NOT GOOD!

Have you had any dealings with this company Stealth Pilot? How do you handle a business trnasaction when there is NO COMMUNICATION?

They dont respond to emails.
There is no phone number.
There is no company address.

What part of this doesnt sound legit to you? Its all misleading and got knows where the flea product actually comes from.

You dont know anything about my transaction to assume I have tried to handle this without filing a claim.

THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!

Thrifty Vet is a scam. They have over $200 of my money and I still have yet to receive my package. They do not respond to emails. They have no proof of shipment. Their website has no phone number or address. I just found out they claim to be out of England...yet they tell others Canada.

I have a claim filed with Paypal. Hopefully I can get my money back.

There are complaints everywhere about this company...

BEWARE OF THRIFTY VET!
