friday night hair review: quality not as described 1

I purchased a synthetic premium quality wig described to last longer than your normal synthetic wig. After day two of wearing the wig the quality started to show tsnhling and matting so badly. For $50 the wig should be better quality or the same price as the regular quality wigs. Also I had purchased this wig before and had to return it for the quality but was told that I couldn't receive a refund.I should be able to get a refund or exchange.
