Fountainhead Electronics Beijing review: Goods not send, double chrges 1

I stated negotiating with this company for a sample Solar System. In the beginning they were very prompt in replying my mails and appeared to be very true and honest about what they do. Later, we had a contract signed, based on the following facts.

1. Products to be shipped from FOB from Beijing
2. We had a pricelist with a list of items
3. Timely delivery manner

The agreement was to pay 50% before the BL was sent and the rest after shipping. I paid the 50% on true faith and they practically broke every point on the contract.

1. After the first payment, they ignored about the shipment for number of months, giving lame excuses.
2. Finally when the shipment arrived, I ended up paying for all the charges for both ends of shipment and the goods arrived without insurance.
3. Half the materials were on the shipment.
4. They had charged twice for the same item, giving the products different names.
5. There was no Manual or Instructions to show how to assemble the products.

There was a train of emails that I sent to point out the mistakes of there bill and the contract, but they kept arguing and kept sending answers that didn’t match what was in the contract. After spending about USD 2000 on this sample product, they agreed to pay just USD 100 for the materials not sent. However, they completely stopped communicating with me with out sending the agreed amount.

Now, it’s important to identify such fraudulent companies and bring them to justice for the sake of the others who does honest deals. I need someone in China to help me bring these culprits to justice. I have a trail of emails that went back and forth, with this company and willing to share with anyone interested. I have taken a stand to spread this massage across USA and other countries, so that they will not be victims of this pathetic and dishonest company. If any one has information on how to proceed against such companies in China, please don’t hesitate to write me. All letters will be confidential. I also, look forward to communicate with the Chinese authorities in Beijing regarding the fraudulent business practices of this company.
