I was told payments offered for their fee of $750 then after they took my credit card payment they refused to allow payments. I was told they would refund me but after 30 days they have not started any refunds AND they took another $50 out of my account without my consent.

I saw this complaint when I was searching for the Fathers Choice website to recommend them to a friend. I had a great experience with Fathers Choice. I won full custody. They guided me through the entire process and prepared excellent documents for me. The case manger I worked with was kind and courteous. My friend is going through a really sticky situation so I am recommending Fathers Choice to him. One thing I really appreciated about working with this organization was how informative the case manager was during the process. Great people, great company and I won my case!!

My husband, Bill, also won his case with Fathers Choice. His ex was really a mess, leaving the kids at home alone and staying out late. I walked with him through this whole process and we were really pleased with his case manager, Anthony Gordon. Getting into court was our biggest worry, especially what Bill going to say when he got up in front of the judge. The legal team at Fathers Choice put together excellent paperwork and coached us in what to say to the judge. We are really grateful to the team at Fathers Choice.

FATHER'S CHOICE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I am embarrassed that I fell for something like this but they prey on individuals with this very sensitive problem. I was contacted by Tom, who was suppose to be my case manager, but after they received my $885 I never heard from him again. He is supposedly out sick indefinately. He told me that I could get a hearing within two weeks after the payment, that was two months ago!! When I call the "customer service" number, I am put on hold & then hung up on, when I leave a call back message, the call back never happens. They did send forms that had completely inaccurate information. I was told to send them to Gail Russell for corrections and the correction would take place the same day, after three weeks corrections still have not been done! This is an extremely sensitive issue for me that needed to be addressed ASAP. The lies and lack of any ethics for anything has put me in a situation that I still cannot see my daughter as well as placed me in a financial bind. i don't know how these people sleep at night!

WELL, I HAD A FRIEND WHO USED FATHER'S CHOICE AND AFTER IS EX-WIFE HIRED A LAWYER, HE ASKED FATHER'S CHOICE FOR FULL REPRESENTATION BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY THEY WORK WITH ALL THESE LAWYERS IN DIFFERENT STATES. WELL, THEY TOLD HIM THAT HE DID NOT NEED REPRESENTATION, CALL THE NIGHT BEFORE THE COURT DAY AND TOLD HIM THAT IT WILL BE A CONTINUATION AND JUST KEEP HIS COOL. WELL, BOTTOM LINE, HIS EX-WIFE USED THE SYSTEM TO HER ADVANTAGE BECAUSE NOW HE HAS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND 6HRS ON SAT. AND 4HRS ON SUNDAY SUPERVISED VISITATION WITH HIS EX-MOTHER-IN-LAW SUPERVISING..HOW IS THAT FOR VICTORY?

Our case was for our grandson who was going through a nasty divorce...We tried to help by retaining this incompetent firm to help him.
I could go on for ever about the incomplete.. inacurate and RUDE help(?) he recieved... They did NOTHING for him except get his hopes up that they would help... The only thing they did was help themselves to $1095.00 of our money.
Trust me if you need help this is NOT the company you want to help you... You'd be better off getting help from your dog...
The man we worked with was Anthony Gordon... Keep away from him...
I think any good comments that were written must have been by a member of the company...
Trust me this is not the place to find help...

my brother went to them by my recommendation. they charged him $ 1, 445.00, plus took two payments of $250.00 from my mother's checking account without her permission. I am going to do what I can to correct this, but if you feel you want to use these guys, good luck. I think they do not care about anything except getting paid.

I made arrangements with "father's Choice" and they robbed me of 422 dollars. Around July I had seen their advertisements on the internet offering affordable legal services. I thought it sounded to good to be true and guess what It's a scam. Can anyone have any advice in how to handle this matter? Who can I report this problem to?

I cancelled with these guys and they continue to charge my account. They will not return phone calls. They put you on hold and wait for you to hang up. I was told that my account was cancelled and I would be refunded and have not received a dime or a call. Check them out with the Better Business Bureau, they gave them a grade of "F". The people that posted positive info about them are probably employees.

Father's Choice has been a total nightmare for me...I am in the fight of my life to try to keep my son and Father's Choice has to this Date taken $1049.00 out of my account to this date. I have to be in court August 27, 2008 and Father's Choice was suppose to refund my money three weeks ago..They have not, to this day. even came close to refunding my money. These people are heartless. They have made a Conscience choice to deceive fathers who are in desperation tryingto save relationships with their kids and Father's choice serves as a vehicle to deceive and sever those relationships through clever misrepresentation of themselves. I haven't seen my son in five years and Father's Choice my take away the only chance I have of fighting for him, by holding my money so I can't retain an attorney. They are a total SCAM!!!1
