Mortgage
Dealt with these people for the first 15 years of my loan, pray that you never have any hardship if you deal with them, I started a new business and got behind about 3 months they foreclosed on me and I had to file Chapter 13, the payments kept running up and I let it get dismissed, l had the opportunity after the bankruptcy to catch up the loan, but they couldn't wait to put my home back in foreclosure, if you're looking for a home mortgage never deal with these people.
They lie lie lie
I applied for a construction loan to build a new home. We were approved immediately. I was told the rate would be fixed for 30 years at 4.15% I asked several times and made sure I was clear on that fact. Now that construction is complete they have decided to raise it to 5.45%. That increases my payement over $240 a month. I complained and was dealt with...
