Faircape Management Services review: They never respond to emails although they are supposed to manage the maintenance of the property 1

They are the management company of the property I own in Kleinmeer Village and they never respond to emails although they are supposed to manage the maintenance of the property. I have been trying to get an answer about a query for 10 months now. Either a total lack of response or just passing the buck, leaving me with the same problem.
