they have closed shop and lost my goods in storage with them
we have been storing our very expensive Shagreen goods worth more than a 100, 000 AED with Euro movers and they have just closed their warehouse and are not answering phones.
they told us to remove the items by october 31st and we sent our people to deliver our items to take it away but they said they have moved them to another location and they will deliver it themselves to us at no charge, however now they don't answer their phone and they have moved from the address we had from them without notice of moving to another location .
we don't know what happened to our goods in storage with them.
we are filing a complaint with the Dubai police and suing them for breach of trust and fraud and theft since we have no other contact with them.

Moving furniture
This company is a master of deception. Our nightmare with them started when we decided to move to New Zealand 🇳🇿 From Abu Dhabi on June 2017 everything goes ok in Abu Dhabi the team was ok packing was great.
We paid 24, 500 AED one shot door to door fees, the shipment arrived to NZ on 9/8/2017 and stuck at the customs up to 30/8/2017 because they didn't send the Customs Clearance form to their NZ agent and they never pay the NZ agent fees, we keep contacting them to do the payment ASAP to get our stuff otherwise they will not release them, we already rented a house and kids enrolled at school, and guess what? They sent us an email saying "please pay the destination charges and get the items delivered as I mention we currently facing some unforeseen issues with our finance dept and hence delay in scheduling payments, we will refund the money later on." We have no choice to do it to get our stuff and now no one answers our calls or reply to our emails to do the refund. Can't imagine how such company still exist. We finally decided to go to court of law.

Terrible service, liars, possibly thieves
Euromovers was responsible for shipping our house goods from Dubai to Greece. Or so we thought. As agreed we paid them 50% of our dues in Dubai, with the agreement that we would pay them the remaining 50% upon the delivery of our goods. When the shipment arrived in Athens, we were contacted by their local partner, who asked to be paid for the remaining 50%.The amount was higher than what we owed, and in addition a VAT of 23% had been applied (excluding the additional customs, shipping and other fees which we paid to the Greek partner immediately). We contacted Euromovers, who said that we could solve the problem by transferring them the originally-agreed balance to their Dubai account, and they would then pay their Greek partner. We did the transfer to Euromovers Dubai. 1 month later, they had still not paid their Greek partner. We have been calling Euromovers for the past 10 days, and they keep telling us they have just made the payment to their partner, or that they are in the process of doing it (depending on who we talk to). They have consistently lied to us. Not to mention that we have paid our full dues to everyone without even receiving our shipment. They are a terrible bunch, and I strongly suggest that you go with other companies - others might be a bit more expensive, but it's certainly well worth the money.

Appalling service
I contracted with Euro Movers to handle the move of my belongings from the UAE to my home in the UK. The personal effects were shipped to the UK, but have been stuck in a warehouse for two months as Euro Movers have not (allegedly) paid the UK agent. Dolphin Movers in the UK are refusing to deliver until they are paid.
Euro Movers now avoid my phone calls and do not respond to e-mails.
I understand that we are not the only people who Euro Movers have done this to. I advise anyone to avoid this company like a plague. They do not deserve to be in business.
I agree, Euro Movers LLC in Dubai don't hold up to their agreement. I would advise any business to stay away from them.
bad service
Dont hire Euro movers when you want to move houses. We hired them to help us move and to make things easier I had already packed up most of our things. I had just left breakable and kitchen items for them to wrap safely. Not only did they not pack things in a logical safe way it took them two days for some bizarre reason and they just dropped things off as is and left. They did not wrap any of my frames atc but just dumoed everything in boxes and now I am left with a lot of work that i was promised I wouldnt be left with.

Euro movers dubai had stored our custommade euro 18, 000 b&b italia wardrobe for 8 years for which we paid our storage fees every year. When we asked for it to be delivered to our new house in dubai, they were missing 4 parts and promised to deliver or call us back within 48 hours with an answer. 5 months later they still could not find it and now refused to answer our communications demanding insurance / or stoarge fee/compensation. Then one day we get an email stating they found it and will send it over, our goods were destroyed in dubai heat & as too large to keep in the house in its 32 peice set we were forced to keep it in the garage based on their promises it will be delivered soon... 7 months on and they did not have the courtsey to even write an apology letter... Euro movers dubai shame on you.. Unreliable!

Some customer complaining and using our logo. Euromovers Worldwide LLC is different from Euro Movers International this company is closed 3 years ago. Customer confused and using our logo to complain which is we are not the Euro Movers International.
I haven't even got to the stage of appointing them and already found their service unprofessional and dishonest. Gave me a written quote which they didn't adhere to (seems the person providing the quote had a problem with recognising the difference between the numbers 4 and 5). Didn't apologise for their mistake. We then got to a price that I could live with and after I received written confirmation that the price was "all inclusive", I was then told that I would need to pay for the packing boxes! Seriously? If this is to try to win my business, I dread to think what would happen if they have my money. STAY AWAY!
It was a nice experience moving with them as I received a very reasonable quote from Euro Movers. The moving thing has never been so easy specially when you're moving from one country to another but euro Movers made my move really at rest. They provided us with the insurance which was very cost effective.The best thing throughout the moving is the co operative and flexible team. They are working on their deteriorated reputation which is turning out to be good. Good Work!
Fortunately I had a great experience with Euro Movers, Recently, I had to shift from Abu Dhabi to Australia and I picked Euro Movers. They know how to deal with their clients in amiable manner, The best thing about them was their reasonable prices and secondly quick service. I highly recommend you to opt Euro Movers, they have improved a lot.
They are the movers who can be trusted and reliable. I absolutely felt myself at rest after hiring them. And the best thing was they took the charge of the relocation on a very short notice. And I was expecting that they'll charge me with heavy amount but amazingly they charged with the very affordable quote. Keep up the good work Euromovers team!
No matter how much you're prepared and how much you yourself done with the packing of stuff, at the end you need a moving company for the relocation purpose of your stuff. For the business purposes I relocate now and them for various operations. I am too young to travel and too tired to do relocation things. Hiring Euro movers was totally a coincidence and that co incidence turns out to be the good experience because all you want is to save the cost at the end of moving! Their prices are quite reasonable, i received an affordable quote from them and their management was too much cooperative and that thing was the best part of my moving from Washington to Ontario.

Everybody who had done with moving or doing moving on intend to do moving have lot illusions about their belongings. Same was the case with me, I am too conscious about my things. I was afraid of losing anything while relocation. But Euro movers put my fear on rest, there was little delay in their service as I was moving from Sydney to Abu Dhabi, and it took a huge time but the way handled with my belongings was so humble and managed. Along with the reasonable and suitable prices. Keep up the good work!
It was fun working with them, they really made my move a full-time relaxing and less stressful. I really appreciate their work . COST EFFECTIVE SERVICES
I hate moving and I always say Never again after moving because every time I move, I have to lose something from my belongings, something tangible very close to me. But its my Job and I cannot say No to moving. I've experienced many relocation companies. almost all of them from the past 7 years and Euro Movers is the last one which I've hired a few months back when I was shifting from Dubai to Canada. I just find this company very cost efficient, and their services are bit faster although I wasn't expecting that but it turns out to be the best experience so far, No delays, no loss! It's astonishing for me as well. Anyhow, they 've improved a lot may be due to the increasing number of complaints. Well, my suggestion for you all that give it a try because a company which is learning improving and keep on working to make their customers happy will give you more satisfying services! Highly Recommended.

It's been 6 months that I hired Euro Movers for the relocation services. As I was Relocating from Dubai to Kuwait with my family. It wasn't a coincidence or neither the decision of relocating was taken in hurry.
