Elite Media Co/Richard Dayson/Michael Chavez/Kevin Martinez review: Scam Artists 8

The company is supposedly run by Richard Dayson, Kevin Martinez & Michael Chavez in Henderson, NV with Elite Media Co. They told me all of these awesome things and got us to take photos for calendars, posters, and all types of merchandise. Said that there would be several events to make money and meet fans, etc. None of the events happened and no one got any money! Every sunday I had to report to him, even if I sold one poster I had to send him his $3. The other model finally received her calendars, but he owes all of us $, and I am going to have to pay my fans out of my own pocket because they ordered merchandise off of the website, but never received products or pay. These people have to be stopped! I found out that they are selling my merchandise in Vegas, but I haven't seen the merchandise or the money that they owe me and the photographer per our contract. They tried to be rude and blame me for my calendars being weeks late, but every time I tried to get the merchandise from him he gave me the run around, lied to me and said he already shipped it. Who ships that much merchandise without a tracking #? Then he set up a fake email account saying he saw my merchandise and purchased it at an art show and wants to work with me in California. I don't believe that c*** for a second. This person told me exactly how much the stuff was selling for, but when I asked for photos of the merchandise he said he was "out of town until the 12th, " but he wanted me to work with him by the 10th. These people are horribly awful! They are ruining model's reputations and lying and stealing people's money. WE all need to sue them and shut down their company! They tried to get me to sign the contract cancelling our original contract and it was full of c*** so I did not sign it. He also said he already reimbursed my fans their money weeks ago and they need to check their statements, but no one has gotten their money back! He also uses several fake accounts on facebook to meet photographers and use them to get images of models to sell products and make money. He used a fake facebook to post some b.s. on a model's wall so she wouldn't talk to the photographer anymore. He also promised me merchandise for 2 of my events and the stuff never came! So I had to constantly give the run around to ppl I was working with. Then, when I didn't respond to him asking for $ or the 2 boxes of posters back he said he filed a police report on me. I told him I was glad he did and I would GLADLY call the police myself and make sure they have my #. I called the station he says he spent 3 hours reporting to, and they said it was b.s.! Then, he was trying to be all nice to me and trying to work out a deal to get the posters back. I don't think it's right when I'm trying to get my merchandise and fulfill my end of the contract, that he got pissed off at me and wouldn't give me the truth or my $, but when he wanted his stuff back, which is legally the photographer's images and my images, then he starts harassing me and threatens that he reported me when he owes us SO much money & merchandise! These people or whoever it is needs to be stopped!
