Don’t deal with the company www.einfolge.com. They sold me some stuff, which turned out to be fake and useless. I tried to reach their customer services, but no one replied. WTF? I left several messages, but they didn’t reply. I have no idea what to do now, ‘coz I wasted a lot of money, but in result I got nothing. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
Why don't you take legal actions against them? Write on their facebook and twitter page. You can even rate their services on their facebook page and review them so that others know about their services.

They are India based firm so you can hire a legal attorney and send them a legal notice. This is will cost you less than $100
Also write on [redacted]s and review them on google and facebook. Hope this helps
