Placed order. Manager told my wife off over phone. Sent my son to get it wouldn't give it to him. Made me go to pick it up. Store has no handicap access but still required me to go into the store during a rain storm. He then said it wasn't my credit card. (Space in last name on credit card that isn't on ID). He then asked for credit card again I showed him it. Told him he could verify with the Bank it is me. So he asked for it again. I dropped it on the counter rather than handing it to him, so he said I threw it at him, refused to refund my money and then called the cops saying I tried to assault him by throwing it at him.
According to the website they require a ID and the credit card. It does not say that your ID and the credit card have to be a perfect match. Besides that how many spouses use each others credit cards and no one ever gives them any flac about it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
