They advertised a number of call centre jobs when you get there they need money.They offer fake certificates they are not even registered. After that they promise to place you in companies and that will never I v been waiting for six months they advertise on indeed. The chief culprit being Nonto, Zinhle, Neo, Amanda, Nikki and their boss Malcolm/Bandile as he calls himself.
I went to dial once last month and i was trained there now am working @ Randburg call centre under 1 of their call centres so i really disagree when they say they're not assisting people because most people who want to seat at home doing nothing are the same that go and complain about other people they're the same people that are helping us to get jobs so i totally disagree and its bad for people to lie if they don't help us who is going to do so.
I agree with Unathi i was also desperate for the job and i found this dial once agency online, when i got there they wanted R50 for registration and i paid i attended a short training and wrote assignment i passed that assignment.They wanted R700 for me to get a certificate and a job, i paid that money but still no job for me every time i call that guy called malcom he says he will call me back but he dont call back many times he does this.So my money can not go down the drain like this i spoke to speak out they say they want to come and see if the agent is legal becouse most agency are just there to rob people.
I disagree with Unathi because we were taken for an interview at Honeydew and we're still working there its so bad for someone who has failed in life to tarnish other people's image Dial-once people are working tirelessly to make sure we're employed and thanks to them that am able to pay my varsity fees and able to take care of my siblings . To Unathi go back and check yourself and also ask for assistance let them train you also understand everything don't bad mouth people ASK FOR ASSISTANCE girl so that you can be like one of us
Good day . Am currently working in Randburg 1 of the call centres that they have and i've been working here for like 2 years . I don't understand what Unathi is saying maybe it was 1 of those unfortunate people that failed the interview or were not able to talk because most people fail to talk and afterwards they get to complain and say they have not been assisted its a pity that this person failed .
i was passed by dialonce nt once but twice in 2 different companies. I went 2 the first interview passed and work there for 3months, wasnt happy so i contacted them 2 please change me 2 another call centre i was told 2 come 2 the office and was taken 2 another call centre. im still in that call centre as we speak 4 7months now and im happy
