This guy Detective Constable Ryan Kimens runs a nice little sports betting racquet with his brother Andrew Kimens.
Andrew Kimens is an electrician who owns and runs a shell company called JAK electronics. In reality he and his family run a sports betting ring where Detective Constable Ryan Kimens is the "heavy" and collects on debts and busted other gaming houses and sports betting bookies in York Region. The have a few York Regional Police cops on the racquet and other family members. I think they have another, slightly ###ed member, called Art Kimmens who helps in taking the bets. He's a piece of garbage and the whole family are garbage.

received three very aggressive calls from this person yesterday. he was solicting for the party. identified himself as a police officer ryan kimens. i called back the number and same as*hole who called me answered the phone and told be to vote conservative in the upcoming by election. he also slandered sandra rocco and Cindy Hackelberg calling them "liberal p**sies". i told him to f off . what a loser. DON'T VOTE Gila Martow! HER CAMPAIGN IS SUPPORTED BY THESE COPPERS BECAUSE THEY WILL GET MORE MONEY FROM HER.

I was receiving a series of calls from this number: [protected]. At first the male identified himself as a campaigner for Tim Hudak's PC Party and he was soliciting votes for the upcoming by election. He was aggressive and rude and demanded to know who I am voting for. I told him it was none of his business and said I would be reporting this to the CRTC. After this incident he called back about a half a dozen times. His calls degenerated into sexually abusive tirades and I said I will report hism to the police. He said he is the police. He identified himself as a Ryan Kimmens of York Regional Police. Finding this hard to believe I searched that number on line and found numerous reports similar to my reports. I also called that number back and the same, rude man answered. Be aware of this man. I think he went off the deep end

Oh yeah- this Kimens family are a bunch of shy locks. They call them the Fenshuck Hillbilly Mafia. Their father Atis "Art" KImens was a true piece of garbage diddler. He was brought up on a bunch of skin beefs and his connections in York Region got them dropped. The whole family are full of criminals and skin beef diddlers. They run numerous racquets and lie like hell in court. Their son Detective Constable Ryan Kimens is a chip off the old artie block- a lying, thieving criminal just like dad. A rotten fruit produced pedophile fruit. Andrew has also been accused of diddling a 12 year old in 2002 and his "bro" Ryan from York Regional Police got them off. Read through this and see what a Judge thought of Dead Daddy Kimens and Andrew's testimony:
59. Dealing with specific individuals, I found the testimony of both Andrew Kimens and Art Kimens to be unacceptable on numerous occasions. Andrew Kimens was the first witness to testify in these proceedings, and also offered reply testimony to close out the evidence. His recall while giving testimony in chief, and in cross-examination of that testimony, was often poor. In reply testimony, and the resulting cross-examination, Andrew's recollection became much clearer regarding incidents that he previously could not remember, contrary to the usual expectation that one's recollection of past events generally fades over time. Art Kimens' testimony was riddled with inconsistencies, and I have not accepted as true much of his evidence.
