Hello friends let me tell you the reality of this company. This company is totally fraud. They don't provide you salary slip and expect from the new joining to carry the 2 copies of their salary slip along with them. They never stuck on their words and they will never give you anything in return. like you can say that it is totally a baniya ki dukan...And its MD us ki to kya tarif karu wo to subse bada wala hai... or uska baap rewari me batha-2 policy chge karta rta h.. And during the bond time they will serve you as a "MAJDOOR". Strongly not recommend to go in this company. And think 1/0 it means infinite times before going in this company, .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
As you heard in various forum, data infovision is a nice plateform for the fresher to learn and grow.
I am not aware that they have reduced the bond (SERVICE AGREEMENT THEY CALLED) to 30k. If you are not submitting the DOCS then you can leave the company anytime and you are free for any better opportunity.

I have also been offered as Fresher and they are asking 30K amount in place of original document as I was not comfortable for documents. Please adivise what to do?

Data Infovision pvt ltd is a cheat company.
Its situated in spaze itech park gurgaon. Its owner is a complete cheater, and harasses his employees.
Its true that they ask for a bond, of one year or two years.
They torment and harass their employees, and act as very sophisticated people.
You'll be considered as a donkey and nothing more.
The company has no ethics, no values and its MD, Gaurav Gupta knows only one word in english.. "Awesome"!
He's a complete lunatic, and harasses his employees. He also follows his employees. Complete ###. The so called ops manager is his wife shalini, who does the same work.
Another culprit is a she pig, the hr of the company neetu gupta. She's the biggest liar on the face of this earth.
She'll tell you that the company is an MNC, when in reality, the company is broke. They have no money to pay the salaries
of the employees.
The'll keep your documents and if you want to leave the'll ask for a fee for the documents. This is how the company is running.
If you demand anything in written, the'll say its against the company policy (there is none)

If you still want to join, go through all the reviews, and take everything in written. The'll also deduct a security amount without
telling you. so be careful.

The thing about it am writing is not fake.This company is 5 years old.This company takes walkin interviews. There are 2 interview you face. One is taken by Hr and technical is taken by the company's Managing Director.Now when you are hired you will get a letter of internship which says like " You will do a free 6 months internship for 6 months and after 6 months if your performance was good then they will hire you for full employment.Now This is fake.
This company is new and this company wants free workers to rise and so it provides only free internship and then kick u out of the company and hire another donkey and kick it too after 6 months and again hire a donkey.I mean this company is like a total fraud.Sometimes they may kick you in the between. They don't have any project but they believe they are best in SEO design &development.
They do not give salary slips.The environment is bad.They just want FREE WORKERS.So please donot join this company.
guys please tell me i have a joining of data infovision will i join or not but they told me u are on training for 3 month after 3 month u will get salary with salary slip of 1.2l per anum they also take my original document and 2 year bound please tell me
