I am trying to find the name a high level manager for Chase Customer Support. I talked to a rep in Feb and setup direct debit payments for my card at an agreed upon amount. Now - 2 months later I am getting harrassing calls from their customer support saying that is not enough money and the person should not have set it up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and that person was even more nasty.
I need a real high level person. Anyone have any name?
