I was looking for a possible "pay-day" loan company to deal with and this company took advantage of my personal information and deducted money from my checking account without authorization.

In my opinion it is thievery and fraudulent. I have requested a refund but felt I needed to go further, thus am filing this complaint. I was in need of money and they took it. My family now has less than it did before. Looks like more Top Ramen noodles for dinner this week.
