Charged a different total than what was taken out of my bank account

It said that I would get $10.00 off the $39.90 regular price, then it said If I bought it right then I'd get it for $9.99. When I looked at my bank account they had taken out $39.90? I would like a refund of the difference. So I suggest you put the difference back into my account, you already have the info, cuz you didn't waste any time taking the money out!
