Celebrity Red Standard Poodles (Pamela Delong) has repeatedly posted pictures from my website (www.kalonece.com) of my dogs without my permission. She has not paid the full stud fees, and has cropped pictures shown on my website to make them appear as her own dogs. My kennel name was cropped off the labelled picture. Also the professional win picture of my stud was cropped to eliminate the setting, judges, etc. She has blocked emails from me, however I found out about this yesterday and sent her a message via her puppy form which went through. This is repeated behavior. Last year when she posted my studs on her site it took 6 months for her to get them off at my request/demand. Now it is happening again. I have also emailed her webmaster. The pictures below are from my website. They are found on her website Celebrityred standard poodles under the sires page. There is a grouping of 9 pictures, (left to right) are my pictures, some cropped #2, #6, #7, #9.
Pictures were removed in 24 hours. Thank you very much! This has greatly helped me and put my mind at ease. And thank you to this breeder for complying right away. Very much appreciated.
This type of complaint is a he said she said issue and does nothing but make all breeders look bad and plays right into backyard breeders and the public's perception of us. Responsible breeders don't play games like this, they are too busy looking after their beloved dogs and pet owners to post this type of complaint. There are more appropriate and professional ways to do it.
