If I could give this place no stars I would! One star doesn't even cut it! We have traveled to Gatlinburg for years and have stayed many places and this is by far the worst cabin and worst management we have ever dealt with. We stayed at a small cottage cabin called On The River, we were there for my brother's wedding. The entire cabin looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in months, there were bugs everywhere (spiders, jumping bugs, catepillars, moths, etc, ) and they were getting into our open bags and luggage. We were literally scared to even sleep in the bed. There were cobwebs everywhere and there was a web on the chandelier over the kitchen table with hundreds of baby spiders crawling on it. The bathtub was not even caulked to the wall and tiles around it, there was just a gap that they tried to cover with plastic. The shower drain was clogged and it was like taking a bath while we took a shower. The carpets were unbelievably dirty. Spots EVERYWHERE and just downright disgusting. I literally can't think of one good thing to write down about this place. When we called management to talk about it they wouldn't talk to us and made us talk to the girl at the front desk instead. She had to call us back several different times trying to negotiate for us with the manager because management wouldn't call us directly. We were informed that they could send someone by to spray for bugs and to put draino in the tub. I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that since we would be gone all day attending the wedding and they said okay that was fine. Unfortunately they completely disregarded our request and stopped by with draino but didn't put it in the drain. They refused to give us any money back and told us the carpets had just been cleaned. THERE IS NO WAY that was the case. The only thing they would do was give us our $45.00 cleaning fee back and refused to help us with anything else. They just said that they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I have never stayed in a place ANYWHERE that was so disgusting. I will NEVER stay here again and will never use the company again. They should be ashamed on how they treated us and our entire family during a time that was supposed to be joyful! DONT USE THIS PLACE!

We go to Gatlinburg many times a year, love to hike in the mountains and enjoy the area very much. We rented from Cabins For You the last time we went in August and were very disappointd in the service we received and then totally outraged by their response when we let them know our dissatisfaction. This is the first time we've run into such rude people so what ever you do, skip over this rental company when looking for places to stay in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.
