Blue Waters Hotel Charged twice for my booking at Blue Waters Hotel

I booked for 7 people to stay for 4 nights on Booking.Com.

I was charged on my credit card for the booking on 14th Feb 2023

When we arrived to check in on the 8th March 2023 I was told the rooms had not been paid for.

I made another payment with my credit card.

The manager on duty immediately said they had double charged me and would immediately refund my card.

I have since not been refunded and I have left the country to return home.

I have emailed all the Blue Waters contact emails and have had no response.

Desired outcome: Refund as promised

Blue Waters Hotel Service at the hotel

I was very unhappy with the accommodation that I booked. The internet pictures do not do justice for the hotel, the noise levels are atrocious and the worst of all I had roaches in my room. If I never booked and paid for this hotel in full I would have book out and into other accommodation elsewhere. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. At breakfast the waitrons lean over you to pour your coffee.

I wish I had seen this review before booking into this hotel that would have saved me a lot of irritation and disappointment!
This is the worst hotel in Durban service is appalling, their room key cards do not work and the rooms look very unclean! Requesting staff to assist doesn't help because they seem irritated that you even complain.
Blue waters should be downgraded to 1star hotel it's an insult to 3star hotels!
