BioNutrax Inc review: I haven't received full order 2

My friend advised me the company BioNutrax Inc. I decided to try it and ordered some stuff from them, but it was really horrible, ‘coz they didn’t provide full order. I got only 3 items, but I ordered 5. I sent emails and left messages, but the seller simply avoided me and no idea how to reach these ###. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

As stated above, I am VERY disappointed that your company appears to be reneging on its guarantee.

I ordered 6 bottles of Proxene ES on 24th November 2014 and received them approximately 2 weeks later. I did not discern any improvement, so managed to contact the US Intl. phone number. to get a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. Having obtained this, I packed up the four remaining unopened bottles and posted them back to the address ((165PleasantAvenue, South Portland, Maine 04106), putting the RAN (9461625) on the outside, together with my own address. The Post Office tracking number was
K909846177AU. Item was posted to you on 23rd February, 2015 My request, per phone was originally made 6 days prior to this, and definitely within the 90-day guarantee period -even though this included the 2 week postal delay. Over the last few days I have attempted to contact you by phone again - whilst the Australian number [protected]) does not answer, it advises to phone 1221. This was most unsatisfactory, claiming no help could be given. I now feel this is a scam, and I will treat it as such, giving others warning about the Company, UNLESS I HAVE A SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM YOU with the promised refund, within a week.

I am angry that I have been left 'hanging' I estimate that you should have received the package within the first 2 weeks of March -i.e. more than 3 weeks ago - but no refund has appeared on my account
