Purchased product not delivered even after 15 days after purchase and even after 1 week of promised delivery date.

I continue to have a desolating experience from Big bazar. I purchased a Slider Bed from Big bazar at Old Madras road, Bangalore, 3 weeks ago. I have paid the full amount at the time of purchase and I am promised the delivery with in 10 days. But it was not delivered at all even after 15 days and no one from the Company either inform about the delay or even bother to respond properly to my enquirers about the status of the delivery. Even the so-called customer service managers did not respond. With great difficulty I was able to catch them but they too made false promises on delivery date that 'i apologize for the delay, i will make sure it will be done today..' kind of stuff. I strongly suggest any potential buyer to avoid Big bazar for buying any big stuff like this. Probably it is only just enough for small time stuff like daily groceries.
