Hello. My names are nnamdi sylvester ahiem. I currently work and live in cambodia, south east asia. I am a new member of tangowire dating sites named : bbwdatefinder.com. I just made my payment for a premium membership as stated in the site by western union. I have the reciept of payment and after some hours when I was using the site, I was deleted without any reason. I am so sad about this because I duely made my payments and here is the account transfer from western union.

Was sent to tangowire cooperation on 04-06-2009. Please I will like the management to reconfirm my payment or double check it and reinstate my membership. Because I duely paid for this. Its really unfair to be seeing that after paying for the services. Before I started using the site yesterday they sent me a confirmation email stating acknowledement of payment and to my greatest surprise was deleted and said :fraud payment pending and profile deleted. So am asking the company to kindly double check the payment I made and reinstate me because I havent even used the site for an hour before this happened. Maybe they have made a mistake. I am attaching here the mail they sent me after recieving my payment.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unfortunately I am a female who recently paid a premium subscription by visa. On the 3rd day, my email and winking privileges were suspended. I sent 1 email in the early morning to them to reinstate what they suspended. When I logged on late that evening, I discovered that not only had nothing changed, but I had no reply from the site about it. I sent a 2nd email at that time, and decided to check about complaints for this site. Of course, as you see, there are numerous. I had suspicions about the site not being legit before this happened, due to false profiles and emails. I have now sent an email directly to the owner as listed above, but I am not expecting anything less than fraud at this point. Why is the site still up and running?
I agree and this time the customer service came from someone called "Avery".
Very rude customer service and when I complained in a way he did not like he deleted my account and said it was harassment.
This tangowire is a total scam and I hope they get what they deserve.
I would go to seattle and kick butt but I don't want to waste my time with them.
They still charge your credit card because you have to agree for two months with no refund when you signup just to send email.
They also have fake profiles that send emails and then you have to pay to read them!
I have been off and on this site for the past few years, and I honestly haven't had problems with it. I've been completely forthwith with all of my personal and payment information and I am pleased with the site. And mind you, I have cancelled my profile twice when the interactions became overwhelming with the sheer number of responses, and I never had problems with my credit card account.
However, I should be clear that I do live in the US, am female and I don't try sneaking in email addresses into my picture captions or my "About Me" section. Many people get booted off for that last one. I have 2 close female friends that have tried the site as well, and they were pleased.
Once, I actually got a response from a rep when I asked that they please recall an accidental "not interested" response to the wrong person. They sent the guy an email explaining that it was a mistake and that I was actually interested in being contacted by him.
I'm sorry to hear that these gentlemen have had such a difficult time. I've tried another site successfully, too. It's BBPeoplemeet.com. It's cheaper and almost the same people are on that one, too. But I actually like all of the new features on BBWDatefinder.

I am the owner of a website called http://www.bbw-date-finder.com - I have read a number of reports that bbwdatefinder.com has had various issues with it's customer service.
Although I am completly neutral in any of these matters I would just like to make clear that http://www.bbw-date-finder.com has no affiliation with the reported bbw dating website.
I have concerns because this bad publiciy could look bad on my own site which actually offers 100% FREE dating with FREE messaging and no fee's.
Well i just wanted to clear that matter up.

I had a friend in a similair situation. One day they could not log into their account and so they contacted bbwdatefinder. They got a very rude message back from the owner saying they has violated their terms of membership. When my friend contacted them again asking why they got a very rude email back basically saying... Dont ask questions and dont mess with the website owners else they will sue.
My friend couldnt believe it...but not only that they carried on charging my friends credit card.
I would say stay well clear of bbwdatefinder, it is a dodgy website with a dodgy manager.
I wold have to argree. I had very similair problems with them.
I have heard some very bad things about http://www.bbwdatefinder.com.
The owner is supposed to be a complete bully and there are loads of complaints all over the internet about http://www.bbwdatefinder.com
I have heard that the owner sends absusive emails and messages if you complain about the website and threatens to take law suites against people that complain.
i also heard that he has tried RIPPED off loads of people for their fees and then cancelled their membership or disabled their accounts claiming they have breached the terms of the website.
If you ask me the owner of http://www.bbwdatefinder.com is a complete ### and a rip off merchant.
Dont join http://www.bbwdatefinder.com it is a complete rip off.

Personally you should get your money back and join a better bbw dating site there are loads out the http://www.bbwcupid.com is supposed to be really good and http://bbwdating.co.uk and i have also heard of another website called http://www.bbw-date-finder.com that offers free bbw dating but i havent joined that yet. I would try a free site like http://www.bbw-date-finder.com before spensing anymmore money.
