My granddaughter was placed in shelter care, when i was in a arkansa going to court 4a speeding ticket. Due to me not being in Rockford and i wasnt due back until 4 days after the fact they lied to te judge & myy daughter &said i did not want my grandchild. I hhad to get an attny &scrape up 1, 500.00 4 a retainer fee. I am still going thru a long process 2 have her placed w me due to julie convincing the judge not to place the baby wme. Julie Rylatt shouldn't b working, she needsese to be put in another line of work
