This company is the worst. IF you must get a payday loan stay away from Ace. I filled out a online application. The next thing I know they just deposit money in my account. I called and told the rep I had not authorized this to happen she said that some people auto qualify and that it happens. I request loan information on my account it took them almost a month to send. My pay periods are 1st and 16th they take money out every other tuesday. They told me that is what I put in my paperwork. I tried to speak with a supervisor the many times I've called, the customer service reps are the rudeness people I have ever dealt with. Still to this day I am waiting for a supervisor call. In them taking the money on the wrong day they resubmit get their fee and then charge you $30.00. Please do not deal with this company there are alot of good place to get payday loans
ACE Cash Service is not one of them

javonkanelson, I agree in reading your post as the same thing happened to me. However, I was not told that some people automatically qualify. I was told they would reverse the loan and weeks past and the loan was never reversed. Although I never took the money from my account. I am still being charged every pay period until the loan is paid off. I even clarified that I wanted the full payment taken out at one time and still to no avail it never happened. Maybe someone needs to call the Better Business Bureau on this company.

I just viewed my bank account and saw that they deposited 350.00 into my account and I did not authorize this. I am going to call my bank first thing Friday morning and tell them to reverse the debit and I am reprting them to the better business bureau! Not that I don't need the money but I'd rather be broke than deal with thiefs!!!

Same thing has happened to us! These jerks put $200 into our account without permission, and keep taking out $60 withdrawals. I'm so angry. Finding out who they are and how to get your money back is near impossible. We'll be closing our account to stop the withdrawals. I'm just glad they didn't steal more since they had access to take whatever they wanted.

i am so mad. they deposited 250.00 in my account and was taking 75.00 out every two weeks with my authorization. I reached my total amount of owing them and they went over an additional 150.00. I have called my bank to stop it and called the 1800 number and it was fortunate to know that the office hours were closed. This is ridiculous and it has put me in a hole with my account. I didn't talk with no rep or didn't receive any paperwork.

Totally agree with everyones statement. I am so horrified. They just recently deposited 350 into my account. I called 12/17/2009 and was told that they would reverse the deposit. I dont know what to do.I think maybe I need to close my account. I applied and signed only with what i thought were trusted sites so how do they get our info. And how do they keep getting away with it.

Yes the same thing happened to me. They put money in my account that I did not authorize. I called them and was told that they automatically do that. I was like, why the hell do you guys do that without a person's knowledge? You are right. You have to call ahead to reverse the loan, but that's how they get you. They do it without your knowledge and you are stuck with something you didn't even know you had. That account was close that the money went into and now they are calling me. They will get the full amount when I get my taxes and I will make sure I pay with a money order so they will not have access to my bank account. You are right. I would rather be broke than to deal wiht thieves. You really have to be careful because people are just out for themselves and not for the best interest of the customer. After this, I am not applying for a payday loan online again. Better safe than sorry.

The number that called me was 888-322-1894. You may want to try that.

I did apply for a payday loan but it wasnt with "Ace Cash Services", it was with another company. Ace Cash Services did deposit money into my account without my permission nor did I sign any type of contract with them. The only way I found out about it was because the loan company that I originally applied with deposited their funds into my account the next day. It was too late for me to cancel the loan with Ace Cash Services because I withdrew some of the money thinking it was from the loan that I originally signed a contract with. Needless to say they did withdraw money from my account the very next payday, & I still am trying to get in contact with someone in regards to this matter.

I applied on a 3rd party web site for a regular Loan then all of a sudden I am getting payday loan approval e-mails. Everyone that I opened stated I had to fill out their paperwork to receive the money. I never replied and any phone calls I declined the offers.
I was checking my statement at the end of the month and there was a 60 Charge from Ace. They deposited 200 on Dec. 14th and I found it on Dec. 31 when checking my statement.
I called and was treated very poorly. They sent me documents that I signed I said I signed those at a 3rd party NOT with you. I asked them why they can operate differently then any other loan company. I told them they can have the money back and reimburse me for the Finance Charge. They said I only have 3 days to decline once they give the money and they have an electronic signature. I advised them that no where in their paperwork does it state 3 days to recind it is only Immediately(which I did as soon as I discovered) I have about 15 e-mails going back and forth advising that they used my name fruadulently and I am reporting them to the BBB and posting this everywhere online. It took them until today to take back their 200 but will not return the unauthorized 60 fee. They are rip off, rude and operate until shady business ethics. I to asked to speak with a supervisor and they told me that only if the Supervisor thought it was necessary would they call back. I am in customer service and if I every treated my customers this way I would be fired in a heartbeat!!!

I'm having a similar problem. $350.00 was deposited into my account without my authorization..
very bizzare. Meanwhile, they DEDUCT $105.00 from my account every 2 weeks! WTF? I've call them at their "customer service" number 1-866-840-2030 numerous times and get the same recording."The offices are currently closed please try again later." wtf? I'm very upset and have decided to speak to my bank, in hopes of trying to stop the two week deduction. Wish me luck!

This also happened to me. However I did get through on the number but I found a number for them on a different site. I can not find an email address though. I spoke to a Lindsay and she said that I signed the documents through a third party web site. However I applied through this third party web site the day before the documents claim that I signed them. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and also to the state attorney's office. I am anxious to see if they take any money out of my account besides the 250.00 they deposited.

OMG!! How can they get away with this? In july of 09 I applied with a different co. and had never even heard of ACE but I like all of you had a deposit go in my account...I was unaware of the deposit and did not notice an increase to my account. However the next month when my account was in the minus due to their payment draft, I noticed!!! I have only been able to speak to an actual human one time and no explantation was offered. It has now been 6 months and I still have them deducting money from my account every month!!! I cannot get ahold of anyone at all to find out why excatly Im still paying them 86$ a month for a 150$ loan six months ago...I dont know what to do about this Im disgusted.

I hope people see this. I live in Indiana and have had the exact same issue with Ace Cash Service. I applied online for a small payday loan via a broker. I got several offers back but they all requested more info. Then a few days later I noticed 200 dollars had been deposited into my account. I never authorized this nor did I have any clue from where it came from, no emails or phone calls that I recall. I called the phone number on my bank statement 1-866-840-2030 and keep getting an answereing machine. I cant return the money due lack of info on this company. Now i'm accuring massive fees. Im contacting my bank tomorrow in hopes they will stop these drafts. I went to the BBB and there are approx 60 complaints on this business in Miami Florida.

I want to see if there are people who want to file a class action law suit against this company. The BBB has all the info on the company. I suggest we file a complaint through the Floriday Attorney Generals Office. File several complaints. This can be done vai the website "http://www.miami-dadeclerk.com/dadecoc/small_claims.asp We flood this officer with complaints and get this business sanctioned then we drop a class action law suit. We contact a civil attorney in Miami and go from there. My email is klloydemtp@comcast.net if anyone is interested...

I am still in shock that a company can get away with this! Ace services deposited 300.00 that I did not authorize into my account then subsequently charged me 90.00 a month for two months. When I called today to see what is going on the woman was extremely rude on the phone. I asked where they got my information from and if I could have a copy of the loan I apparently electronically signed. She said no I should have a copy! Then I asked what are the terms of the loan - how much per month, how long, interest rate she did not know. She said you will pay 90.00 for the first 4 months then 90 AND 50 until the loan is paid off. I said why would the loan not be paid off if it was for 300? What is the interest rate? She answered, apparently serious!, that the interest rate is 768% That is SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT percent. I told her that unless someone had a gun to my head I would not agree to pay that and that I never signed up for a loan from them she snickered at me and said "I don't know what to tell you LADY, you must have and just can't remember things good". Bad english aside, I cannot believe they have the audacity to steal from me and then insult me, to boot. I had to go and close my checking account that I have had for the last 15 years because of them! Now, I fear, since they cannot get their money this will ruin my credit~!

In August of 2009 I visited the tiptopcash.com website and filled out an application. Two days later Ace depotsited $250 into my account without my knowledge. Every two weeks they took out $75 dollars, even though I had not agreed to this I thought after four withdrawls which totaled $300 they would stop, because I work for Check$mart and the normal fee for $250 is only $37.50. The fifth time they withdrew money was for $125. When I saw that, I called my bank and got their phone number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me they weren't there. The customer service reps were extremly rude, they told me that I had signed an application and that they would continue to charge me $125 every two weeks until $865 was paid back because the $75 was for a service fee incase I wanted to reborrow, which would be impossible because it has not been paid back. I asked them to fax me my application I signed, and it was a forged typed signature. I closed my account and called the company again. That time when I asked to speak with a supervisor, Sharie a customer service rep told me she would take down my name and #, but would not promise they would call me back. How unproffesional can they be? I contacted the BBB and Attorney Generals Office who informed me that they are affiliated with an Indian Tribe. Their address is 3531 P Street, PO Box 111, Miami, OK 74354. The tribal chief's name is Tom Gamble. Basically, they'res nothing they can do. DO NOT do business with Ace Cash Services unless you want you life wrecked!!!
