Acai Berry Unauthorized Chasrges

I went to a site for the Acai Berry Detox system. It was listed as a FREE trial bottle available only pay for the shipping. I was charged for the shipping on the FREE trial bottle of Acai. The product came and I put it aside. Then fifteen days later a $87.13 charged showed up on my bank account.

I got their phone number off of the bottle [protected]) and after waiting through 30 mins of elevator music I was finally able to talk to a customer rep who told me I couldn't get a refund cuz it had been past the 15 days! I was not happy, and told her so in very distinct tones, mentioned words like "fraud" and "I want it off my account now!"

I told her I wanted the charge off my card. She finally said that she would send my complaint to the refund department andto check back with them in 3 days. I also got a cancellation confirmation number so we'll see in 3 days how happy I am then.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Do not fall for this scam.

I had a similar problem with Acai Berry at [protected]. Evidently there was some fine print when I ordered the free trial that said I had to notify them in 15 days if I did not want any future shipments. After I received the 2nd shipment (and charged on my credit card for about $90.), I called to cancel future shipments and was told my shipments would be cancelled. I received a 3rd shipment today and after dealing with their customer service on line with no results, I finally gave up and reported the problem to my credit card company.

Acai Berry misleading costs

Nutra Lane misleads potential users by offering a 'trial offer' for only $3.97. What is less than obvious, is that you have a very limited amount of time to return the product or they will bill your credit card for $79 dollars, making the cost of this 'trial offer' $83. What a rip off. I did not start using the product immediately, so I missed what they perceived to be the time to return the items before the deadline. How convenient for them and bad for my wallet.

This is a ripoff and the product doesn't seem to work either.

Stay away from this scam and keep your money!

Acai Berry CREDIT CARD CHAGED

Subject: Re: Your ACU-204-[protected] Order is successful

I received my order of Acai pills that I will keep, but understand I am not satisfied. After hearing all the dissatisfied custmer complaints, I do not wish to be billed, DUE TO THE ALLEGATIONS THAT custmers are not able to cancel thru your telephone # [protected] that is provided for cancellations. I have tried to call and cancel this order ever since I received it on June 9th 2009 with no return call! as stated in your return email to me, stating all I would have to do is cancel my order if I wish to keep this product. A copy of this letter/email has been sent to the Attorney generals office here in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hi,

Thank you for your email.

As part of our policy, a cancellation of the original purchase can only occur after you have received the order, and sampled the actual product itself. This is the entire purpose of the trial order.

As such, should you wish to cancel your order beyond the first sample, please email us when you have received your order, and do state the reason then that you are not satisfied with the product.

If you are satisfied with the product received, please do nothing, and we will only charge you for the bottle received in a few days thereafter.

If you have however changed your mind about your order, then the original package of 30 capsules must then be sent back in its unopened form (since we are assuming you are changing your mind about the entire order given that you are contacting us prior to receiving the shipment)...

To do so, please simply advise us via return email that you wish to return the package, and we can provide you with a RMA# and address, and once you give us the tracking number for the return package, we can cancel your order accordingly.

Thank you for understanding our try first, pay later trial policy (which is not meant for abuse of the ‘trial’, which I am sure you can understand many unscrupulous customers attempt to do).

We trust that you will indeed be delighted with the product and will choose to keep it, in which case you will be billed only for the item received.

We will however cancel ALL future bills after that, so only the original package of 30 pills will be charged to your card.

If you should have any further questions, please also feel free to let me know.

Best regards,

Dave Holt

I ordered the product with a 14 day free trial period for $5.95 on 04-13-10. I cancelled within the 14 day period on 04-13-10. They charged me the $127.86 for the membership fee on 04-19-10. I called them on 04-19-10 and 10-21-10 to get my refund and ask why they charged me and they said I didn't cancel within the 14 day period. I gave them information that I did cancel within the 14 day period. Then they told me that I would need to send the product back to China before I could get my refund. I sent the product back to China on 04-22-10 and then they told me it would be 14 days after it was received that I would receive my refund. Needless to say, I have called and emailed several times and they keep telling me that my refund is being processed and it would be 14 business days. I have been waiting for over 14 weeks and I still do not have my refund. Do Not Deal With This Company!

This "appears" to be free; just pay shipping. But if you read the terms and conditions,
they charge you $79.95 if you don't return the unused portion? They already charged that
to my debit card; plus another charge of $85.37 to a "[protected]". When I call their
number they inform me that "my account balance is insufficient to place a call to that destination".
So I reported these charges as fraudulent, and they cancelled my debit card.
Finally I get a notice from the post office Wednesday I have a package. It's their stuff.
Today I got another e-mail basically explaining their scam. I'll forward that, too.
Maybe they can get away with the first charge, but what about the second?
What do you suggest? Should I send the stuff back? I didn't get anything close to a 14 day
free trial!

Got a letter from the bank saying my inquiry had been resolved and the claim is considered closed.
Called Wa. State Atty. General. They said to contact them and cancel; return product. Called bank to explain recent activity. They too said call, cancel, return.
Called the Customer support number; on hold for 10 minutes. Left a detailed message.
Replied to this e-mail, asking for a return address. No reply to all.
Now if I don't hear back, I'm going to tell the bank I cancelled but did not hear back.
I'm then going to file a complaint with WSAG with copies of all documentation/ e-mails.

Ordered trial quantity and a trial charge amount appeared on my credit card for $5.95. ONLY TWELVE DAYS LATER, AND BEFORE THE TRIAL QUANTITY EVEN ARRIVED, a further charge appeared on my credit card for $79.95. Six days after original date of ordering the trial, I cancelled the trial and the entire order by email because I had been alerted that the whole deal is a scam.

I was emailed that my order could not be cancelled until I returned the trial quantity unused, and that an address and return ref. number would be given me when I had received the unwanted trial quantity and was ready to return it. When the trial quantity arrived I emailed immediately for the return address and ref no. but received a reply stating that they would certainly let me have the information I had requested - but not supplying it! I had to email a couple of times before at last they gave me the return address and ref. number. I then returned the goods, and sent another email requesting a refund of $5.95+$79.95=$85.90, together with a copy of the mailing certificate. In return I received an email requesting a copy of the mailing certificate! I sent another copy of the mailing certificate, again requesting a full refund, and received an email promising to credit my card account with $63.96 - which I have never received! So even if I eventually get a credit, which I doubt, I will be $21.94 down, plus the postage on the trial quantity back to China. These people make it as difficult as possible to jump through all the hoops needed to cancel orders and get refunds - and to this day I don't know whether I will ever get one.

THESE ARE EVIL PEOPLE WITH NO CONCEPT OF FAIR TRADING. BE WARNED, IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME STUPID MISTAKE I MADE.

I ordered the acai Berry blast back in June 2009 for the free trial i saw on a local radio station in my area, 96.3 KSCS, thinking it should be ligit if they are advertising for them right ? well Everything strted great ...i got the Acai and kept the product and was charged the 79.95 from a company called Home Health Store, that was fine, but then a week later I received another charge for $79.95 from a Cap Star diets and a couple of days later, another charge of $85.60 from Weight Secrets. Well Since i reviewed the terms and conditions when i bought the product and nowwhere did it say i was obligated to buy anything else i would onyl be charged every 30 days until i cancelled the auto -re-order of the acai...I immediatley called and cancelled my card so they could not charge me for anything else. Then i called the number that appeared on my bank statement and they told me they were all parent company's of Home health and the charges were for the second bottle of Acai(mind you it had only been 3 weeks) and for the Colon cleanse. I said now wait i still show to have a week left on wether i would laike another bottle of Acai and I NEVER ORDERED THE COLON CLEANSE! well she said she would cancel my second bottle and subscription and submitt my refund request to customer service and if they found i truley didnt order the colon cleanse they would refund. THAT IS WHEN MY HELL STARTED. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NO REFUNDS FOR THE 2 EXTRA CHARGES! I have called and e-mailed and first they told me they needed an order number for the colon cleanse to refund, well since i never ordered it i didnt have one? then they came back and said they couldnt refund me if they had no product returned in their hands...i explained again, i dont have a order number nor is there anything to return as i never ordered it and never got anything...well that went on for about 6 weeks and then i finally thought maybe i am going about this all wrong so i emailed back and asked them to provide me an order conformation number and proof of delivery, to my surprise, i then got an e-mail saying they would isseu my refund.WOW...I was gitty...then 2 weeks go by ...no refund...contact them and they say they put me on tehir "high priority follow up" list...another 2 weeks...still nothing and right now i am ready to go postal on this company. I dont think they have any intention of giving me money back so i am going to my bank to see if i report it as fraud charges if they can help me, but i mainly wanted to get my story out there so this does not happen to someone else!

on 21/April/09 My daughter requested a sample of this product, only pay $5.95 for shipping and handling charges. She pay with her bank card. On 05/May/09 she received the charge for the amount of $5.95 on her bank account. Then shortly after the package arrived from China. She didn't try any of the capsules as yet due to medical reasons. Anyway, she received a call from the bank that a charge for $79.95 was being charged to her account. She told the bank that couldn't be right because she didn't have any money to cover the charge. The bank said but you have a similar charge from another company, she told the bank she request a sample for $5.95 and that was all. This morning she went to check her bank account and it was over drawn by $108.00 She called the bank and they put her through to fraud department. They will give her credit only if she can contact the company that charged her in the first place. She called the number next to the charge of the $5.[protected]) spoke to a nice lady, she told her that they had sent her emails regarding the charges. The emails went to her "junk e-mail" so they were deleted right away. At the end the lady cancel her order, and told her credit will be applied to her account.

I ordered a 'free' trial of Acai Berry Blast and was billed $19.95 on my visa for shipping and handling. My next visa statement showed an amount for US$ 79.95 and I had not received ant product. One week later a package arrived form China with another months supply of Acai Berry blast. I realised this was what I was charged for on my visa ststement. the package contained no contact details or return form. I searched the net and found the site I ordered from originally and contacted the support office. I asked them to stop my supply. I received an email back advising me the supply would be stopped. On this months bill I have a charge of US$99.95 and have not received any product. I don't want the product but I do want my visa card credited for US$99.95. I have emailed the compeny 3 times in the past week and received no reply.

Acai Berry unautorized charges

I ordered the trial version for my wife and told them that is all I wanted... Well I ended up getting numerous bottles of both Life Cleanse and Acai Berry detox that ended up costing me well over $200.00 in one month. Calls to two 800 numbers got me nothing, and also NOTE calling [protected] and [protected] (which is the number on the bottle label) gets you the EXACT same recorded menu. It asks if you want to check you order or cancel an order, you have to enter the credit card number that you used to order. You then get "transferred" to a customer service rep, yea right, got 20 minutes to wait on hold? and still not talk to anyone?

I feel that I am a relatively intelligent human being, but fell into this trap as well. A call to my bank to question some transactions on my credit card were met with a similar response to those that are listed. The cost to me in AUD was $285.34. I have not yet rung the company customer support number, but intend to do so sometime today. The symptoms experienced by other people as listed are valid, and in fact I have never felt so incredibly unwell after taking a so-called "cleansing" product. Having worked in a medical area for over 30 years, I am suspect of anything that claims to "detox" the body. I fully intend following this to the end as I do not intend to pay for substances that I will never ingest.

ACAI Berry detox (purple pack) and Life cleanse (blue Pack) Supplier in UK : Trading Planet Ltd P.O.box 13511 EH49 7YH.
In July 09, I paid £3.76 x 2 (plus oversea bank charges, hidden) for the free trails, The product made me bloated, headacre with constanly, loss of concentration at day three. Stop products, since it was only a free trial. My brain cell came back to normal without the headacre. I phoned to complained, Phone desconnected whirlst talking to so called customer service and the next call, their phone was engaged. Returend all products.
The next thing, I know the free trial is not free trial by July 09 £148.08 and £144 = £292.08 has been deducted from my account with different company name.
I am still in the process of getting my refunds back with the help of my bank. Usually I do not fall for such scam. They are trying to use their term and condition to cancel within the trail period, what do you do when the phone are not answered or dropped on you as soon as you mensioned complained. Watchout they also try and fool more people by saying their berry is not Fake and the best. In my case I know which is fake product.

I was just charged $160.00 for my 'free sample'! Finally got through to someone and they refused to credit my account. When I ordered, I spoke with someone who told me that I would not be charged anything except shipping (.99). Two days later I spoke with two more people who I told that I was not interested in any membership and did not want any charges for anything on my account other than shipping. All I wanted was to try the free product and then decide after 1 month.

Funny thing, when I called the woman, who spoke very broken english, she told me they did not give free samples and that I should have cancelled according to the terms and agreements section. I had to stifle a scream when I responded that the two people that I had spoken with after I placed the order both told me there was nothing else I had to do and I would not be getting any charges (except for shipping). My bank told me to try to work it out with them and if I had no luck they would take over. I'm on way to the post office to return the product that I will be paying another $10 to ship back to their nasty suspect butts! Of course I'll be sending it certified so they can't claim they never received it. Run Run Run! This is a fraudulent company!

I do not believe you placed an order with us. We currently do not have a credit card system for checkout on our website. We are also not offering any free samples of products. I think you may have confused us with a different company.

Acai Berry fraudulent charges

I fell for the Kim's diet scam. You get a free trial of Acai berry pills and just pay shipping ($3.95) also signed up for the Purity Colon Cleanse free sample also just paying shipping. These are to be used in conjunction for the diet. I received the Acai pills right away but waited to receive the colon cleanse to start them. I never did receive the colon cleanse even though I was charged $4.95 for shipping. As soon as I noticed a charge on my debit card (Stupid, I know) for $83.18 for the Acai pills I called to complain and was told I had to pay an automatic monthly order as I did not cancel soon enough. I was told I could not do anything about it. I immediately called the Purity colon cleanse 800 phone number to cancel that in case I was charged monthly for that also. I explained that I had never received the product and I wanted to cancel the order . I was told that I had already canceled. These two products are obviously linked to the same company ( even though two different web sites) which sends you the Acai product then holds off sending the second product ( which are supposed to be taken together) so you don't cancel soon enough and they start charging you monthly. Getting stuck with having to pay out a total of $92.08 for products I can't even use at a time of with no income has really taught me a lesson!

Acai Berry Fraud

I ordered my free trial and paid my shipping charges, but a few days later when Checking my account, I discovered that they charged me for the bottle and I never even received it yet or gave them permission to do so (My trial never even began)! This is totally outrageous! I intend on filing a lawsuit against the company. If any of you who have been wronged the way I have, feel free to let me know and you can get in on the lawsuit as well!

I feel for you Shi, I went through the same ordeal and when I filed a dispute with the bank they said that it was not fraud because it stated they would charge you in the terms and conditions and sense I gave them my card number and did not read the terms and conditions well enough that I was responsible for they took from me. I still consider it to be fraud in a major way becuase thy deceive people by saying in bold print that all you have to do is pay for shipping and handling. I tried contacting an attorney and they never got back with me. The banker also told me that people have tried to fight them in court, but they were shot down because of the terms and conditions. I am sorry for you, but we are all in the same boat. The most valuable lesson I got out of the whole nerve racking situation is to have several accounts. One of the accounts is now souly for online purchases so that it does't mess up my bills.

Acai Berry Cancellation/Refund/Customer Service

This company is awful and should be convicted. I actually retained the original order plus went ahead and kept the second shipment. After finding out that this product was not worth the money being charged I called to cancel all future orders. The customer service person stated that she did not want to lose me as a customer so she would charge all future orders including the horrific foreign transaction fees (what ever that means) a grand total of $40.00. I thought okay it's worth a second chance. Well, that was not the case. I was charged the higher amount. I was furious. Called customer service again, spoke to another customer service person she said oh no to get the discounted rate I was to call back on the 20th of each month. I explained to her my frustration and dissatisfaction and asked to speak with a supervisor (yeah right). Any way this supervisor said that she would request a full refund via their refunds department and that I should expect an email from them in 3 to 5 days with information about the processing of the refund. Of course, this never happened. I called back and spoke with yet another customer service person they gave me the same run around. I asked to speak with a manager. Of course, the manager was not in the office not surprising. They connected me to yet another supervisor who gave me another song and dance. I asked him all kinds of questions so I can file the proper complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my banking institution, my attorney etc., he would not give me much info. Not even the name of the city where they are located. BTW they are located in Hollywood Florida if their website is correct. I really think that if every consumer who has been a victim of this kind of fraudulant activity would file a complaint it would stop these type of negative business practices, and the indivduals that create them. They need to be held accountable. Maybe jail time and loss of money would send a message. Never again will I order this or any other product advertised on the internet. I even researched and thought this one was the one that was not a scam...Oprah, Rachel Ray and other celebrities should make sure that their names are never associated with these type of companies or products. If they believe in some thing they would be better served to sale their faves on their own websites or a reputable home shopping channel like QVC or HSN.

I have tried to get through on the phone and get put on hold with a cheap recording,
that tells you that you can contact them through e-mail or there web sit, but does not
bother to offer any info on how to do that. I tried to cancel my order since I seem to be getting a box every two weeks of the acai berry detox. I have sent the last box of it back
and will do the same the one I just received. I will try my creditor next.

I got involved in this scam b/c I didn't associate myself thoroughly with the product and business at hand. My note to self and to others is that if a company, especially on-line, is not endorsed or supported by the BBB, just don't do it. These folks are complete and totals scam artists, or should I say, "###" artists. The website I originally dealt with is http://www.acaiberrydetox.com/offer/acaiberrydetox. Oprah does not support this site, nor does Dr. Oz or Rachael Ray. They may support the berry but not the scam. Please be ware and be careful. These folks aforementioned are bad, bad folks.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! I read everything and said, why wait the 14 days. I will order and then instantly cancel my subscription so that I am not charged for the following months. They couldn't even find my account. I recorded everything that was said online because I could not get ahold of them by phone. I was cut off after waiting 26 minutes on the phone. I too was read back a credit card number that wasn't even mine. I am calling the credit card company now to make sure that they don't charge anything to my credit card.

I am at this moment trying to cancel my subscription...I did not realize that this was a monthly charge thing when I ordered the free trial. All I am getting on the phone is a jumbled up mess of different recorded messages and they keep asking for my credit card number. At one time it even read back a credit card number that wasn't mine! I can't do anything on the website (like the recording suggested) because it asks for a account number and login/password which I never set up (nor was asked to set up).
I am so totally confused right now. I just received the free trial yesterday and my account was charged for $86 today. I would love to cancel this and get a refund...if I could ever get someone to answer the phone!

we also had problems with this company. we tried cancelling an order on a saturday befoe our 13 days were up but we sat on the phone for two hours waiting for someone to pick up. when we called on a monday we cancelled the order we even got a cancellation number tocofirm the order was cancelled. 9 days later we got our credit statement in he mail and the orders that we cancelled were on there and they even charged us for other pills. my credit card statement had three different 800 numbes that i guess we had to call to cancel each different pill. yes we were getting sent more than just the acai pills and the colon cleansing pills. when we called customer service they said the order was never cancelled.

This company and its marketing scheme is just that. I just cancelled my order and was told they are charging my account for something I didn't agree to. I didn'y get the colon support supplement nor did I receive any notice in the package regarding cancellation notices with time constraints even though I was advised that it would be a 30 day trial offer for shipping and handling.
Don't, I repaet, don't use this company. Go directly to the health food store in your commuinioty and pay the approximate $30.00 to $40.00 amount. The shipping and handling charge is a bait and switch ruse.!

Acai Berry Fraudulent Company

This company is out to steal your money...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Do not agree to any "trial offers". They will make it impossible to return the product in time or deny receiving it and then charge you the full amount. Oh and their product is junk...IT DOES NOT DO AS CLAIMED! In my case they also sent me a double order...claiming I placed two trial offers...why would I place two orders for something i haven't tried?! I returned 3 out of 4 bottles sent to me unopened and they charged me almost $160.00 total. We need to flood the internet with complaints as well as the BBB!

Acai Berry refused to refund C.C.

Order product and received it 2 weeks later, e-mailed company and told them to stop sending me anymore product and not to charge my credit card for the 79.90 as requested. They did so anyway. Returned product unopened as reuqested and still did not get refund. Disputed with credit card and BBB. GNS, Inc. said that it is out of there hands when it is diputed by the credit card company and that the C.C. is the only one that can reverse the charges. Called C.C. and they said no they cannot reverse the charges without GNS, INC. permission. GNS, INC. says trial period starts when Item is orderd-not when you receive it! I did get to talk to them and they said even if you don't get the product you are still billed and that it was to bad and for the customer to prove it! Class action suit should be put against this company for fraud and taking advantage of the public.

Acai Berry False advertising and charging for product not received

I signed up for a free trial bottle of Acai Berry Breeze and Ultra Slim XS in April, 2009. I went thru the payment process with the Acai Berry with no problems and paid the shipping & handling. When I tried to complete the payment process for the Ultraslim, my payment was not processed. I tried several times with the same results. Then I left the website without completing the order. Since then I have been charged $59.95 and $63.97. I called the company number and requested the account be cancelled. I was told that I had to pay the charges because it was past the 14 day period. When I receivedf the shipment, I didn't have sufficient time to test the product before the charges were applied. I just finished taking the products this morning and don't feel that they worked at all. This company is running a scam and quick charge ploy and then refusing to deal with the customers. All they can say is that the charges are valid and you can't have your money back. In addition just to insult you further, noy only to they keep charging for the stuff, they don't send any bottles after they have charged for it. Not that I want it. I just want my money back.

If you read my post 'Re something must be done about this' you might find that what I've written helpful. It's a long post but if you scroll down to the bottom, the information about Unfair Terms in Contracts may be useful to you. I have emailed viv3labs with this and I'm waiting for their reply. Lets hope they're ### themselves now because I'm sure that I may be right My credit card company have sent me a dispute claim form and if I don't get a refund from viv3labs I whave to send a copy of all my correspondence (and shipping receipt) to them to demonstrate the efforts I have made to get my money back. They will then take over the dispute and I feel quite confident that I will eventually be reimbursed.

I am so incensed at this scam that I am going to try and find out how we can get this Company investigated in the UK. Apparently this is already happening in the USA.

When I find out who to contact I will post it on this site and hope that everybody will join in to nail the ###!

Good luck
Christine

PS: I've just realised that I cancelled my account with them 0n 13th day of the trial by email and then again by telephone to their customer services on 14th day...for which I got a name and a cancellation code. So they haven't a leg to stand on and if they refuse to pay me back, I think my credit card company will have to and then they will have to chase viv3labs themselves. Hope it works out one way or the other

I have just had 2 lots of charges of £74.87 come out of my bank from this company even though I canceled on the 15th day! I phoned the customer service phone number and she wasn't very helpful after I told her a number of times that I didn't want to pay for their crappy pills that don't work! She game me the email of head office (support@viv3.com) which is the same email that I contacted to cancel my account with them, so I will see if they actually give me the money back that they shouldn't have taken (which caused me to go overdrawn!) I am NOT a happy customer!

Acai Berry Unauthorized Credit Card Charge

This company advertising a free trial bottle of ACAI BERRY weight loss pills. Unbeknowst to the buyer, the fine print says you have 14 days from order date, not date of receipt, to try the product and call to cancel or you will be charged additional fees. The terms of agreement are written in very small print and spans pages long. The additional fee is hidden in the small print. This is a scam to charge buyer's credit cards exhorbitant fees. This company isn't selling products, they are scamming credit cards.

Hello - as an individual who was caught up the Acaiberry online scam from one of the American Companies 'Acaiberry', with the repeat payments etc. Who managed to beat them at their own game, and managed to avoid being charged the repeat payments, my only loss was the £9.95 shipping cost.

After that incident I ordered Acaiberry from the UK company HealthSpark. I would have to agree with the director, they do not sign you up for automatic repeat orders, if you use your credit card, customers also have to the option to pay via their Googleshop or Paypal accounts if they want that added security.

A legit organisation would not offer to pay by these methods. I have had no continual payments deducted from my credit card. I decided to stick with a UK companies in future.

HealthSpark are not affiliated in any way with these organisations whose aim is to solely defraud innocent customers.

Whether the Acaiberry product works or not, it is wrong that HealthSpark is associated as one of these companies. Prior to ordering from them i was sceptical and read about the company first. They have attained ISO 2000:9001 quality assurance accreditation. Their products are manufactured in an FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) facility. Which gives some consolation that strict standards are in place. Additionally they are ISIS accredited (Internet Shopping Safe), non legit organisations would not go to such trouble.

The number of orders placed with Healthspark is at the customers discretion. You are not signed up to any other subscriptions, only simply paying for the products you ordered, which will be delivered promptly.

If you doubt what I say, take a read at Healthspark's site, you can read and make up your own minds, I wouldnt be give it my approval, if I truely knew HealthSparkwere fraudulant, I have posted multiple comments relating to the Fraudulant company I had the unfortunate experience of 'ACAIBURN', which is an american based organisation. HealthSpark is UK based and should not be confused with the likes of ACAIBURN or VIV3 LABS etc

Hi,

I have just read your complaint and i am a Director of Healthspark Limited. May i ask that you contact us immediately if you want to discuss this. We do not auto-ship or bill clients cards for repeat orders they have not requested. I am sure you are confusing our company with a scam that is going on through other websites overseas.

We actually make a point of such scams on the Acai page at our website and are a registered Jersey CI based company that does not endorse such scams, please call us as i wish to correct this complaint.

Acai Berry SCAM Can't get a refund

On 5/4/09 I was charged on my credit $5.85 for shipment of a Free Trail Offer on ACAI Berry Pills to lose weight. This free trail I never received. On 5/12/09 I was charged again $119.11 for another shipment that I did not order or received. When I tried contacting them by e-mail www.viv3.com, that site is no longer available, nor was there a telephone number on my bank statement for me to call. Last week I found a website [protected]@viv3.com and Im send them a message explaining the above. Also, not to re-send any orders, cancel my membership, and to credit my credit card for the amount they charged for orders not received. The next day I received an e-mail that they would look into my allegations and that they would contact me within 2-3 days. Five days have gone by, and as of yet i have received no response. I tried today to contact them by the same e-mail as above and the messafe I get is that they can not send the message because the e-mail is erroneous or something is missing. All I want is my hard earned money back. They took my money without my consent for $119.11 nand to return $5.85 for thr free trail offer that I never received. mI woud appreciate it very much if you would take care of this matter and have them return my money. This company is running a scam, fraud, and taking the consumers money. Please help me, and let me know ASAP the status of my complaint and if my money is being returned. If not, then I'll hace no choice but to take matters in my own hand and contact Consumer Affairs. Thank you

I ordered a trial bottle of acai berry pills for weight loss. It was advertised as 4.95 for shipping and handling. As long as I cancelled any additional bottle within 30 days I would not be charged. I recieved the pills almost two weeks later and after a few days I received another bottle of pills. I called to cancel the pills and found out I had been charged 80 dollars on my credit card. The pills made my stomache hurt so I did not eat because I felt full. That is what caused me to loose weight. The pills caused me to be in pain and my stomache felt horrible. I called the company to complain about the effect of the pills and the 80 dollar charge. The company refused to give me back my money after being on the phone for 2 hours. I advised them it had not been 30 days but they said it was a 15 day cancellation I needed to do. These people changed the website but I had printed out what it had previously and it showed 30 days. After 9 phone calls and 10 hours later, the company would not refund me the money and they charged my card again. I had enough of this and needed some help. I called my provider law firm and they were able to get me an apology letter, a full refund for both charges and the shipping cost. Who would have thought that buying a prepaid legal membership from a college kid I did not know would afford me the best legal help available. This monthly membership for the law firm is the best 25.00 I ever spent. Now they are getting me a refund from the movie theatre for ruining my pants on a butter saturated seat.

I am truly glad that you found some benefit in their services. Notwithstanding, just wait until you are facing a major civil complaint, or a criminal complaint being brought against you. Perhaps then, when PPL "cuts bait" and runs, you will rethink your position regarding the value of their "plan."

Acai Berry Ongoing charges but no products

I ordered a sample of this so-called slimming product. I have received ongoing charges and NO MORE products - not that I want any, the whole thing is a HOAX. I am not inclined to ring an overseas phone number and just be put on hold for ages, listening to music. If anyone has an email contact I would appreciate it. my email address is [protected]@lisp.com.au Thanks Glenda

This is an extra to my above posting. My bank has advised me to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued.

Acai Berry ACAI BERRY DETOX is a scam!

I purchased the ACAI Berry Detox and first of all, it did not come very quickly and I didn't even have 2 weeks to try it before I was already being billed! Second of all, it has not worked - if anything, I have gained weight and feel horrible. Thirdly, when I called the phone number to cancel any further billings, report that it did not work and that I wanted my credit card credited, they were rude and hung up on me.

Almost the same thing happened to me. Just got lucky with the helpline I called which was [protected]. Dependable and friendly operators on the line. I'm able to fix my account in just three days.

This particular company sounds like a scam. But, really a "detox"...They do not work. If anything they are dangerous. There is no magic bullet or quick fix for weight loss. It takes consistency and hard work. More calories out than in, it is as simple as that. You are much better off making healthy eating choices and exercising (and those things are free).

You people are idiots, since when is something truly free in america, You are all just taken over by the word FREE and see a small price of 3.97, how to you think the economy is suppose to work, give you free bottles and hope you'll order again, no you cheap ### are attempting to scam them in a sense with your "i'll purchase a free TRAIL" and that's that...and mind you it's a free trail not a free product. The T&C are clearly stated on the website, and I'm sure you all sit and argue your wonderful excuses on why you don't pay. See I'm smart, I read the term and conditions because I'm savvy enough to use the internet safely and know what I'm doing, and the entire internet works in this way, if your not use to it, maybe you shouldn't be on it, or better yet, make it "child proof" for your costly mistakes. Poor you, poor all of you with your lame excuses...Terms and conditions are given on the web and on all the paper work provided, if you can't read your bad, not theres! I think your all just a bunch of boo hoo babies, the exact same people I would expect to be ordering online with your diability checks and your fixed income when you shouldn't be ordering at all...that'll teach ya!

Now I know what Dick Cheney is doing since he left the VP job. He's trolling consumer complaints groups telling victims how stupid they are for getting ripped off by criminals. Good work, Dick (and I do mean it literally). You have found your callling.

Acai Berry Unauthorised charges on my credit card

In mid February I ordered a free sample of Nature's Acai Berry online and agreed to pay only the postage of $4.99. I never agreed to be a subscriber/member etc. When I received the container of 60 capsules and read that it was full of caffeine I was not interested in taking it...I tried one then put them away and forgot about them. I have subsequently received two more containers over the last three months, neither of which I opened - the sales slip included has no payment amount..I assumed they were free again. Today I asked my husband to check our credit card statements and discovered I have been billed as follows:
2/18 $.99
3/4 $79.96
4/10 $85.91
5/2 $85.91
all with different websites and phone numbers. On our CC statement it doesn't say what these charges are for.
Then there are the following separate deductions under other names as follows
3/10 DJM Lifestyle $29.95
3/21 DJM costnsave $2.95
4/10 DJM Lifestylefit $29.95
4/10DJM costnsave $2.95
5/11 DJM Life Style fit $29.95
5/21 DJM LifeStyle Fit $2.95
The total $355.47.
This is a total scam and these companies need to be prosecuted and stopped from this fraud.

If I had of known all of this also, I would not have signed up for the trial myself. I just got the trial pills on Tuesday, have not even tried them, today Thursday, I get 2 other orders for $139.00. What kind of trial is that? It's not! This is a scam if you are not able to try the product to even cancel the membership.
I called to cancel but ofcoarse the office is not open to cancel. I will be filing a complaint to anyone I can to get my money back, this is just wrong.
ANYONE reading this first complaint and my agreement, do not get a free trial..you will not get it in time before they have already charged you the $139.00. Total rip off.

My experience with this product was the same. Please be warned that the companies selling this product are all one in the same.

You assume you are agreeing to a trial shipment of the product for $4.99 shipping. If you are not watching your credit card or bank statement you would not be aware that your "trial" starts the day of shipment and they have the $89.99 automatic monthly charge on payment hold with the bank. I just happened to look at my account the very day it posted. As previously said by the other victim of this fraudulent company, your only recourse is what I was told by my bank...cancel the card!
This company uses, from what I found, 3-4 different company names and telephone numbers. Each company says they do not have an account history for your transaction. Amazing, how did I get their number? Again, I was dogmatic about getting to the bottom of this. Please trust me and others, the clock is ticking and you will continue to get hit with charges. Please, Please just cancel the credit or debit card used to stop the bleeding.

I sent lengthly emails to the Federal Trade Commission and also ABC headquaters informing them that the clips from their "60 Minute "shows were being used to promote their product. The only acknowledgement received came from the FTC confirming my complaint had been received and would be review! ( sadly, this could take years with all the complaints) I heard nothing back from ABC.

I hope this information will be read and help other consumers before purchasing.

Thanks,

Acai Berry bad customer servcie

I agree with the complaints, I will never buy a product with free trial period, I ordered the product, and they count part of the 14 days from the day you order, not the day you receive it! It took about 5-7 days to receive, and you need to cancel by the 14 day!from ordering.. also the website stated 100% satisfied, but like I told the "manager" on duty, I was not a 100% satisfied, and would gladly return the unused pills, but he stated, we do not accept opened products! OK now you tell me how am I to try the product without opening it! PLEASE REMEMBER LIKE ALL OF OUR ELDERS TELL US OVER AND OVER AGAIN, NOTHING IS EVER FREE, YOU ALWAYS PAY! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. BUT I WILL SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE COLON CLEANSER THAT WAS ADVERTISE WITH THIS PRODUCT WAS GREAT, THEY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION, AND REFUND THE CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD, BUT THE EZ ACIA BERRY COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY NEEDS HELP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS "FREE TRIAL OFFER"...

I agree with the complaint . I ordered as a trial they have taken money out of my account and I have yet to recieve the product. I do not even know how to get in touch with the company, Will have to cancel my card and just be out of the money. Being on disability that is not very easy. Guess learning the hard way you will never do it again. I hope others will read this and learn. What is so wrong they used Opra's name to get people's trust.
