I have started with them at the beginning of August 2023, they charged me for a month and done absolutely nothing for my campaign, no response to my emails, kept on saying that they were trying to call me but no income call from them.So as you can see from my attachments, after 20 days they ask again for fees in contrary with their Statement as monthly fees.

When I said that I am cancelling my subscription they sent me another invoice asking for more money.

No invoice provided at the purchase, and on top of it when I apply for membership we had the option from Australia too, now they removed completely the Australia option.

411 Locals have charged me $ 72.90 as a online set up advertising campaign , invalid phone numbers were given , no emails reply , sms recorded comunication but as soon as they have taken the funds the numbers are invalid .

4/08/2023 is the date when they extract my funds under the 411 Locals as transaction name .

I didn't get not one lead for the whole trial period. The day before my trial period come a Representative called and I told him I wasn't going forward with their service and he lies like he sent me a lead through text messages and emails which I never received. So the following day they still took out 356 dollars and when I called back the customer representative wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor nor would she give me her name or if number to identify herself. This is totally a scam and I advise anyone who done want to get ripped off not to deal with them

In June we receives a call from this company asking if we were a cleaning company and then ask if we could handle more clients. They did not come off as an advertising agency. That's how they get you to stay on the phone, then they say I'm going to transfer you to our partner. After signing up for the 30day service which you pay a start up fee they inform you that the service is month to month and you can cancel anytime within the 30 days. So due to the fact that the company was not a benefit to me and my husband we decided to cancel the service. At which time you are told you owe them a certain amount of money to cancel the services, an amount and agreement that wasn't reached during the conversation, and only then are you informed that it is the only way to cancel the service. We called way ahead of time to cancel and were told about this craziness, and still until this day this company is harassing me and my family. And I want it to stop if anyone knows of an attorney used against them already for this scam please help us all so that a lawsuit can either be brought against them or goggle to support such criminals. They seem to have a habit of stealing from many individuals and should not be able to get away with their scam they take advantage of your vulnerable position as a means to steal from you and God knows how many others. And if there's no contract how can you keep harassing me over money I never owed? Help somebody? I have even tried to report them to the government scam website with no results, when will America fight for us?

Ive live in a shelter for about a one year an a half. I currently Just Graduated from ACI. AN STRIVE. SO I Had got An Applcation from my Shelter for an apartment Management company Called WAVECREST. I Had fill out the Application About 2Weeks Ago So I been Asking my Housing Specialist did she send in my Application. Her Name Is Mrs A, Jackson she told me Yes the application was turned in So I figured to wait another 2 weeks to find out the Status of my Application. An when I asked about the application it was told to me that its been handed in. So since ive been lied to so many times in the whole Shelter experience, this time I decided to Call The WAVECREST Mangement Company Myself. So when I called an asked A Lady Name SINCERE what was the statues of my Application she told me that I wasnt on the waiting list nor do I have a application there at the property. So I kindly asked to double check because maybe she probably over looked it, So when she came back to the phone she told me she doesnt have any name sort of Name so I asked her can she please hold on while I get the Case Manager that I had whos name is Mr. Randell As I call for Mr Randell to come to the phone an speak the Mrs Sincere

He came to the Hallway an said Ms Omar who I am, At this time he is yelling at me Telling me to Hang up the phone Immediately, So I ask him why cant u just speak to mrs. Sincere on the phone he told me No, an just asking me to Hang up. so I ask him why should hang up on her. He told me he would explain to me if I got off the phone. so I hung up the phone, when I hung up the the phone he told me that I was over stepping my Boundaries An im not suppose to call the company, He also mentioned that by making that phone call could get some one fired an I couldve messed the opportunity for the rest of the shelter, An the person that accepts the application was a Man. an Mrs Sincere is a women. when I ask for that man name he told me thats none of my business. I unfortunately used this company for many years with my web design and they were to have us rank on Google searches. 1) the web designing was a pain in the butt, whenever we requested a change they would post the change live to my web page (2 days later) and if it wasn't what we wanted it would take another 2-3 days to get it fixed. Because of this I wanted access to my web page so that I can make simple changes that I wanted and after HOURS on the phone with them they informed me that THEY OWNED MY WEBPAGE, thank God they did not own our domain name so I was able to switch to a different company to handle everything. With that change I 2) come to find out when they ran tests to see how we ranked on google we were not even showing up at all under multiple different searches for our business. I wasted thousands of dollars with them and I hope I am able to save someone from the same fate.

I called 411 several times each time they gave me tmobile number which I don't need They are my service provider I was merely inquiring about My business not being listed on or in 411 directory No one could understand because of Their broken English and supervisor hung up in my face on this day 01/20/21 at 8:31, was last call on eastern standard time

Dear sir, iam creating a high quality video but no flame is found in my video my flame does not match with my video even after being recorded with vigo camera. I have had 99 dollars a month taken out of my checking account for the last two months and I never gave anyone consent to make any charges to my account. I would like a refund or I am reporting this. I didn't even know I had these charges till I saw them on my bank statement last month I called then and was told there would not be any more charges to my account.

I am going to ask 411 Locals to create and optimize for me a site, that I am going to use for a garage start up business. You may ask me - didn’t you read all the complains, why are you choosing them ? Because this is the why I make choices. First am collecting detailed offers from several companies. Then is the procedure of comparing. After that I am checking comments and reviews that were posted for all companies that I was offered from. Well, some of the reviews are from real customers, but most of them, I am sorry to say, are from competitors or rivals. Because of this, I am checking very very very carefully the sites that are already realized by the companies I am comparing. And based on the already realized project and the offers I am making my choice. This choice is pragmatic and realistic. The very same way I bought a car and software for my business.

was told they would Search Engine Optimize MY website, and that they
would advertise MY website. What they did was set up a website that
looked like a 6 year old designed. It had a review of my company that
was completely MADE UP! They created a website on a .com ending when
all of my information was set to go to .net. When I called and
requested it get fixed they acted as if I was requesting for a mountain
to be moved. I made no less than 9 calls, and they finally cloned parts
of my website. The new site they created looked slightly better than
its predecessor, and when I made it clear the .com part was the part I
had an issue with they said they could not help me. They have people in
Las Vegas call to hook you, and they you NEVER speak to another
American. From that point on you are speaking to Indians, and other
foreign people. Their techs are all from Bulgaria, and you cannot speak
to them. They don't speak English which anyone can tell based upon the
language they used on the CRAP site they set up under my company name
with .com ending when I have ALL MY BRANDING set to .net. These people
are horrible HACKS and they will take your money and leave you wanting.
DO NOT HIRE THEM!

This company claims to provide search engine optimization service. But in reality, they have no real technical expertise. They are a boiler room, telemarketing operation.

The owner says his name is MICHAEL MARTIN.

His objective is to have his telemarketers call businesses, catch them by surprise, asking if they want their company name to appear on top of Google's Front Page, near the map when someone is searching for the services the legitimate company provides.

MICHAEL MARTIN'S company also lies to their customers, claiming they are the only company in a given city from a particular industry receiving 411LOCALS.COM search engine optimization service.

In reality, 411LOCALS.COM will sell their "service" numerous times to other companies in the same city, in the same industry. The only thing they care about is bring in as much money as possible.

The problem is 411LOCALS.COM HAVE NO REAL TECHNICAL EXPERTISE. Customers can find Googles "key words" describing their business on their own, using Google itself. That's the "service" 411locals.com provides. Their customer's listings USUALLY do NOT appear on top of the page -- most of the time they do not appear ANYWHERE near the top.

411LOCALS telemarketers are instructed by owner MICHAEL MARTIN to complete a one-call close, meaning get the prospect to give their credit card number OVER THE PHONE on the first contact so they can be charged $199.

After that, MICHAEL MARTIN'S company will CONTINUE TO CHARGE $79/MONTH...unless the customer informs his company in writing 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE that they want the charges to discontinue.

411LOCALS.COM also... TAPE RECORDS... their customers approving the use of their credit card for ONE REASON only: so 411locals CANNOT BE ACCUSED OF FRAUDULENTLY CHARGING THE CUSTOMER'S CREDIT CARD -- even though that is essentially their intention.

The company hides from their customers by listing a different business address. The company's REAL PHYSICAL ADDRESS is: 3160 VALLEY VIEW RD, SUITE 204, LAS VEGAS, NV.

After they log too many complaints from dissatisfied customers, the company will probably simply change their company name -- and then claim they have NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...the real reason there will be no complaints is because the new company name was just created...eventually there will be plenty of complaints.

However, the office will remain LOCATED AT 3160 VALLEY VIEW RD, SUITE 204, LAS VEGAS... it's more inconvenient to close down the physical office and open a new one then to simply change the corporate name...

If someone has experienced what appears to be a fraudulent promise of search engine optimization, there's a pretty good chance it occurred at 3160 VALLEY VIEW RD, SUITE 204, LAS VEGAS, NV where MICHAEL MARTIN runs a telemarketing boiler room...even if his company is using a different corporate name.

To verify the company provides lousy service IF THEY CONTACT YOU, ask 411locals.com to PROVIDE THE NAMES OF 10 CUSTOMERS WHO ARE SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CONTINUE TO ALLOW THEIR CREDIT CARD TO BE CHARGED $79/MONTH BY 411LOCALS.COM

Importantly, do not accept just ONE COMPANY... INSIST ON 10 COMPANIES...THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO SO AND WILL TRY TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH 411.LOCALS.COM!

Do not work with this Company, Offer is too good to be true. They sell you a product that Google, Yahoo and MSN Offer for Free! Just research Local listings. You set up your own Keywords and Images without the need of outsourcing someone else.

I already had a Google Local Listing and they informed to tell me that Google frowns upon multiple listings for the same company. Did they care? No. After I cancelled my account the following day my Google Analytics was no longer active. Obviously, they pulled the plug on that to make my job of advertising that much more difficult.

Granted, it took a long while for me to resolve this issue with Google. I finally was able to delete my duplicate listing (almost impossible task). Once I did that they charged me again. I filed a fraud charge with my bank and they made a fictionous report listing my website page one. Having only had their service one day, this is impossible as web optimization takes a great length of time.

I was fortunate to escape with only a 140 dollar loss, yet feel for those who have gotten ripped-off by this company before and those that continue to do so.

Ask them to reveal their method. They won't.

They call from an Anonymous number.

They say no catch, yet there are many to come...
