Overcharging / Unable to access site
Complaint Rating: 80 % with 5 votes
After initial log computer crashed after first very poor quality download - unable to access site to make complaint or find out why I have been overcharged. I am now concerned that my card details are with what appears to be a very dodgy company.

I was scamed by 360 also it was suppose to be 23. For life time I was charged 60. Now I can't even pull it up. I don't know what I'm suppose to do now I guess just forget about it!

I was scammed by 360pro as I was supposed to pay £23.76 for two years. No total were given and ended up being charged £60. Now my bank tells me they are also claiming another £42. I want my money back as this is daylight robbery. I need to contact them but do not have their telephone number or email address. Can somebody help!

I have paid and downloaded the new and improved service, but can not access the site via the desktop icon, and do not or should not have to pay again to try and re-download to get the access to work. I am losing my usage time in not being able to access... What can I do to gain the access without re-pay yet again ?

I purchased this load of crap program "360 Share". On the download page, it said "1.95 per month". Fine, I will pay the $23.45 that they did charge me. Along with the 1.95 fee, there were two other options about "Download Protection" fee and "NetSpy Protector" fee that you could choose. I did not choose these, because there was no need for them. I just wanted to pay the 23.45 for 1 year, just to test it out. I click to the next page and saw that there was a charge for both the items I didn't want. It came to $61.28 USD!!! This is insane and I not only want to quite them because of the slow program, the terrible post on here towards them, but just the lack of respect. I hope these people have bad Karma coming their way, because they deserve it!

I was silly really I was looking for limewire and clicked on what I thought was the above limewire paid my £23.00. I then tried to access the site and it has been a nightmare how can people be allowed to mimick other good and genuine companies?.

iam sharing my 360pro share with someone .it's been working these past few weeks and now it's been three days sence it stop working.what can i do to fix it.
