2020 companies is the outsourced sales and marketing firm for verizon fios.
Hardworking employees with families to feed are (for lack of a more accurate term) STOLEN FROM,
When questions arise as to inaccurate paychecks and unethical treatment, the employees who raise
such questions are simply fired, and replaced.
Very high turnover rate.
The company is run by nothing more than a bunch of internet spammers who suddenly
started thinking too highly of themselves.
Verizon should re-think their business partners.
Then again, maybe 2020 and verizon are a perfect match for the simple
reason that both companies violate every form of honesty there is.

I agree with the comment of this company is a ripoff I used to work for the retail department and I was offer management left and right. Also for people who will try to say that I did not work I was always in top 10% of all sales rep. So please be advised this company steals hours from verizon and also commisions out of there sales people in the retail department. The GM that I was working for was the worst manager I ever had. If you had any disputes about commisions he did not due anything about it, also when you had (PTO) personal time off. They would take for ever to pay you that money. If you are offer any type of employment with this company please don't take it. I am causcasian and I have to say there is a lot of racism and a lot of discrimination against Latinos, Women and African Americans...

| This is one of the biggest scams I have ever seen in my lifetime, and believe me, I have seen quite a few. I can not even begin to describe how full of shit this company is. They sell you on a dream, which in this case, is truly false. Several of the employees I worked with had foreclosures on their homes as a direct result of this company stealing from their employees. 70% of your deals are stolen by Verizon directly (their salespeople work on commission too) and can cancel your order (for example) even if they miss the installation date/time. They also pay you 48% of the money you earned up front, and then you have to wait 5 weeks to see the rest, if you can avoid becoming homeless during that period. They bank on the employees leaving the company prior to the 5 week mark, so they can rob you of the larger portion of what you rightfully earned. All expenses are on your dime. Everything! They give you leads that their direct competition (TRG) has worked 2 or more years ago. For example, one week I made over ten sales, and my paycheck (without taxes being taken out) was $89. There's your sign. RUN!!! Run for your livesssssssssssssssssssss!!! |

| You will never EVER be able to make over $500 a week unless you make 25 sales a week, and that is of course if the deals aren't stolen, aka canceled by Verizon because they failed to show up for an install, or if your handwriting was not up to par. Any possible reason for them to take your money, they will. Management does not care about you. You are not an employee of 2020. They don't care if your live or die. I think they would rather you died so they can steal your money just a little bit easier. They NJ offices are ridiculous. This probably has something to do with they fact that their Regional Director for that region, a one, George Fallica is all talk and little walk(judging by his bitch tits). He literally is a convicted felon, which is interesting considering 2020 has a no hire policy for almost anyone who has ever been arrested. Seriously, check it out. Go to google and type in George Fallica, and you will see about his Forgery, fraud and grand larsony charges that caused him to do jail time. Do yourself a favor, stay the F**K AWAY!!! Run for your life!!! Do a 4:15 mile with the nearest kenyan marathon runner and get the hell out of there! By the way, if you don't believe me, and decide to go on an interview, after a liberachi looking fellow(George)finishes telling your its commission only and that there are no benefits, then run... |
