Comerica Way to Go Program Illinois review: Fraud/breaking Illinois state law

In Illinois, you are offered a Prepaid Debit Card to receive Child Support. The Illinois Law is, which clearly states in their application found online at Comerica Mastercard Child Support Illinois, that they are NOT ALLOWED to charge Atm fees for withdrawals in Illinois, or Balance Inquiry fees in Illinois. Well guess what they did? Charged me 3 different times, Atm Fees made in Illinois where I reside. Made up every excuse in the book to keep the fees & started charging me.50 every time I called to complain. Taking kids money is as about as hard up as u can possibly get. Apparently they need it more than my kids do. These people are so incompetent of doing their jobs at the Customer Service that they don't even know There is only ONE Carol Stream in the entire Country and its in Illinois.
