Chipotle Mexican Grill incorrect order or food fraud

About a month ago I order a burrito with double Carnita brown rice and everything, I get only a tortilla with Carnita... well today I order two burritos and a bowl of double carnitas with brown rice black beans cheese corn and guacamole and all I get was a bowl of soup with pinto beans carnitas cheese corn and a lot of juice (soup) this happen in the location on Hennepin avenue in Minneapolis sucks for chipotle that allows manager and employees give this kind of service it is a fraud not getting what you are paying for hopefully someone from chipotle headquarters do something about it to avoid this type of service to keep happening cuz when customers order online we are not only paying for the food but we also pay for delivery fees and tips it is not fair for US the customer to be dealing with some irresponsible employees and management that not only makes orders wrong but shows that they just dont really cares about the service.

Desired outcome: want a refund, an apology and to fired the manager of that store and please hired people who really cares about customers service

Chipotle Mexican Grill Online order

I cant fathom what I just went through with chipotle!

The fact that I waited more than an hour for my food, come to find out this person kept my food for themselves with just a slap in the hand!

Meanwhile I got nothing in return! I requested a simple meal from the online customer support team whoms names were errole & shela for what i've been put through (I mean its they least they can do) and I was resolved with nothing!

I came home and opened my bowl to eat it. I never eat the entire bowl at once so I put half in a bowl and save the rest. As I was transferring half to my bowl, a bug crawled out of my bowl. Purchased graduation promotion of $40 online gift card plus $10 online bonus on May 19, 2023 via American Express,. Received email regarding $10 bonus and used it. But I have not received, or cannot locate, despite spam or trash research, the underlying $40 online gift card code or QR. Have reported this previously twice with no response to date. Chipotle Mexican Grill Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Unclean Restrooms, Poorly Cooked Food, and Loose Menu Signs

Me and my hubby, we've been lovin' Chipotle for years now. It's our go-to spot for lunch, ya know? But yesterday, man, it was a real bummer. The food was just okay, we got our usual Chicken Burrito Bowl, but I swear I've never had so many hard bits in my mouth before. It was like they didn't even bother to cook it right.

But the real kicker was the cleanliness. I mean, I always check the toilet seat before I sit down, and let me tell ya, the women's restroom was a disaster. I don't even wanna go into detail, it was that bad. And the sink? Forget about it. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. And when I was washing my hands, the drain was all backed up and gross.

And don't even get me started on the menu signs. They were all loose and falling off the front counter. It's like this Chipotle is goin' downhill or somethin'. It used to be so clean and the food was always on point. But now? I don't think we'll be goin' back anytime soon. It's just too sad to see such a good thing go to waste.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Understaffed and Inconsistent Service and Food Quality

I went to Chipotle today and it was a real bummer. I mean, I get it, they're probably short-staffed because they've been in trouble with the law before. But come on, man, it's not my fault they can't keep their act together. Every time I go to a Chipotle, it's like they're running on fumes. They're always out of stuff and the employees look like they're about to pass out.

Today was no exception. I ordered a burrito and it was so stale I could barely chew it. I don't know what they're doing back there, but it's not working. And don't even get me started on the hot salsa. It's like that's the only thing they know how to make. I mean, I like hot salsa as much as the next guy, but come on.

It's not just the food, either. They can't seem to get anything right. I've had so many botched orders at Chipotle, I've lost count. And it's not like I'm asking for anything crazy. Just a burrito with the right ingredients. Is that too much to ask?

I don't blame the employees, though. They're probably just as frustrated as I am. I mean, who wants to work in a place that's always out of stuff and can't seem to get anything right? It's not their fault they're understaffed.

Anyway, I think I'm done with Chipotle for a while. It's just not worth the hassle. Maybe if they can get their act together, I'll give them another shot. But for now, I'll stick to places that know how to run a restaurant.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Small Portions and Unsatisfying Food

I recently had a disappointing experience with Chipotle. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The food was not up to par and the portions were small. I ordered a burrito and was shocked to find that it was the size of a hot-dog roll. There was hardly anything in it. I even counted the number of beans in my sandwich and there were only 18 individual beans. They were hardly visible and definitely not hiding in the rice. The amount of rice in the sandwich was also very small. It wouldn't have been enough to feed anyone.

My friends had bowls and they also said that the portions were small and the food was not good. They were very disappointed. I couldn't believe that I paid $9.75 for a burrito that was so small and unsatisfying. I would rather save my money and go hungry until I can find another place for fast food.

The only thing that was fast about Chipotle was how quickly I became hungry after eating the small burrito. I was very disappointed with my experience and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. It was a waste of time and money.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Chipotle's Cash Policy is Unethical and Shady - A Disappointed Customer's Review

So, I'm not usually a Chipotle person, I prefer Pancheros, but I thought I'd give it a try since I was in the area. I ordered a bowl to go, and the employee didn't know what "barbarians" were. I had to Google it myself because I didn't know either. When I got to the register, I handed the cashier $10 for my $9.54 bowl, and he told me they don't give change because of a change shortage. He pointed to a sign that said the same thing. I didn't really care about the change, I was going to put it in the tip jar anyway, but I was shocked that Chipotle was punishing customers who pay with cash. I mean, a change shortage? Really? I don't know of any other businesses in our area doing this. It just seems shady to me. I'm going to stick with Pancheros from now on. I don't want to support a company that treats its customers like this. I might even file a complaint with the BBB. This just seems unethical.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inconsistent Quality and Service at Chipotle: A Disappointing Experience

I been to Chipotle a few times and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I usually order my lunch online for pickup, but it seems like every time I do, something goes wrong. Either my order is messed up, it's late, or it's just not good. It's like there's no quality control at any of the stores. And don't even get me started on the serving sizes - they're never consistent!

Another thing that really grinds my gears is when I go to pick up my order and it's not even on the shelf. I have to stand there and wait for the cashier to notice me and ask what I need. And when I tell them I have a pickup order, they act like it's a huge inconvenience for them to go to the back and get it. Like, come on, it's your job!

But the cherry on top of the cake happened just the other day. I ordered a veggie bowl because I'm a vegetarian, but when I got back to work and opened the lid, there was a whole pound of steak piled high in my bowl! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to get an order right?

Honestly, I don't think these issues are unique to just one location. It seems like corporate doesn't really care about how their stores operate or the quality of their food. They're not doing anything to improve the situation, and it's really disappointing. I don't think I'll be going back to Chipotle anytime soon.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Disappointing Customer Service at Chipotle in San Antonio, Texas

Yo, I gotta say, I'm usually a big fan of Chipotle. But let me tell you, my recent experience at the location on 2741 Sw Military Dr in San Antonio, Texas has got me rethinking my loyalty. So, I messed up and put in the wrong address for my pickup order. I had to drive a whole 30 minutes out of my way to get to the right spot. My bad, I know. But here's where things went downhill.

I politely asked if they could remake my order since it was my mistake and all. But the manager straight up told me that they couldn't do it because they'd lose money on the order. Like, what? I get that Chipotle is a big company and all, but come on. Customers should come first, right? Instead, they just gave me a number to call for a refund. Not exactly the kind of service I was expecting from a place that's supposed to be all about the customer.

Look, I know it might not seem like a big deal to some people. But I was hungry, man. And I wasn't satisfied with the way things went down. I mean, what's so hard about remaking an order? It's not like I was asking for the world here.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service at this Chipotle location. I'll probably still go to other ones, but I'll definitely be more cautious in the future. Ain't nobody got time for bad service, you know what I'm saying?

Chipotle Mexican Grill Disappointing Experience with Chipotle: Empty Bowls and Mystery Meat

So, we decided to give Chipotle a try for our Mexican food craving. We ordered two burrito bowls with standard beans, rice, and toppings for delivery. The price was a bit steep at $30, but we were willing to pay for quality food. However, when we received our order, we were disappointed to find that it didn't look anything like it did on the menu.

To make matters worse, there were only two "bowls" in the bag and two plastic forks. No napkins, no nothing. We were at home, so we had napkins and real silverware, but it was still a bit of a letdown. Then, we opened each bowl and found that there was nothing in either bowl except for a few ounces of mystery meat smeared in the bottom of each bowl. It smelled okay, but it looked like dog food. Even our cat, who was lured by the smell, took one look and jumped back down.

We were so disappointed that my husband filed for a refund. He's going to try to salvage the situation by turning it into nachos, but I'm not holding my breath. We have all the necessary sauces and ingredients, but I'm starting to think that my offer of freshly-roasted chicken thighs wasn't such a bad idea after all.

Overall, our experience with Chipotle was a huge disappointment. We were expecting quality food for the price we paid, but instead, we received two empty bowls with a few ounces of mystery meat. We won't be ordering from Chipotle again anytime soon.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Terrible Experience with Chipotle: Order Not Found, Rude Staff, Useless Customer Service

So, I called up Chipotle at their number ***645 to place an order for pickup from their Toms River, NJ location at 1258 Hooper Ave. I put in my order and paid for it with my credit card. But when I got to the restaurant, they said they didn't have my order and were super rude about it. They wouldn't even listen to me! I checked my credit card and saw that they charged me $30.07 for the order, even though they didn't have it. The people working there didn't seem to care at all. I tried to get help from their customer service system, PEPPER, but that thing is useless. It's just a computer and doesn't actually help you with anything. I couldn't even get in touch with a real person! I even tried calling the restaurant again, but they just put me on hold forever and then disconnected me. I went to this restaurant because they were doing a fundraiser for my grandchild's school, Silver Bay school in Toms River. But now I'm going to make sure that every school in the area knows not to trust this place. I'll even report them to the BBB. Based on my experience, this seems to be how Chipotle operates.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Stale Chips, Overcharging, and Unsanitary Practices

I recently visited Chipotle and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The chips that I ordered were stale and unappetizing. To make matters worse, I decided to order two sides of rice, but was shocked to find out that they charged me $1 for just two teaspoons of rice in a tiny plastic cup. The same thing happened when I ordered a side of chicken for $2.65, which was also just two teaspoons of chicken. I understand that it's just rice and chicken, but come on, it's not gold!

To make matters worse, when I received my bill, I realized that I was overcharged $8.59. When I called to complain, they told me that I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my money back. I was so frustrated that I decided to just let it go and never return to that crap hole again. It's clear that the owner is more interested in building a fancy new building than in treating their customers fairly.

To add insult to injury, the manager, a tall, skinny, long-haired guy, wiped his snot on his hand while serving food. I mean, come on, use a tissue! Thank goodness he didn't touch my food. And to make matters worse, when he thought no one was looking, he did a head check and picked his butt crack. Ewww, gross!

If you're looking for a better Mexican food experience, I suggest going to Qdoba Mexican Grill instead. The owner of Chipotle can save their breath and stop ripping people off with those tiny ketchup and mustard condiment plastic cups and calling them side cups. It's a scam and they're con artists. I will never go back to Chipotle again.
