Concrete driveway they installed began falling apart 6 months after completion. Three independent inspectors said the same thing "The workmanship, quality of work, and materials were very poor and the sole cause of the premature failure of the concrete." Three years later and they still refuse to accept responsibility and flat outright refuse to repair the driveway. According to them the problem was caused by "Salt." Even though no salt was used on the driveway for 12 months after it was installed! All 3 inspectors stated salt was NOT the cause of the problem. It was strictly due to poor quality/incorrect concrete mix, over watering, and improper finishing methods.
You should see their work. Like they say, a picture is worth 1000 words. Check out their great workmanship and professionalism in the attached image, and decide for yourself.
Canadian paveway did my concrete job and advised me not to put salt on the driveway in the upcoming winter months. they told me it would eat away at the concrete. When the salt trucks came around they got salt on my driveway and it looked like this. I called the company and explained what happened and they came and buffed out the salt marks. the photo above is clearly salt damage which isnt the companies fault. you should try calling them to see if theres anything they can do! they were very helpful with our driveway situation.
I also had a job done by Canadian paveway this summer - and it was fantastic. I absolutely love the job they did in my back yard as well as the touchups they did to my pool. they had really good customer service and worked in a very timely manner. I would check out their other jobs before judging on the complaint above.
I had a concrete job completed by Canadian Paveway last year and I could not be happier with the outcome. The job looks beautiful and it was done with great professionalism. I strongly recommend you see their work for yourself before listening to this complaint.
