Which is mandatory, which means if you order the tea you are forced to pay for something you are not using. Allegedly this is all explained in the agreement. I looked this agreement...

All I wanted is the sample of this tea, and now they are sending me tea every month and taking it out of my account. An when i tried to cancel they say you have to do it over the computer. When I called they kept me on hold for a very long time....

Company does not answer telephone to accept cancellation of future shipments, and website given for written cancellation, teahelp@usa.com does not exist. I have notified my credit card company to reject further billing....

BEWARE! WU-YI TEA is a SCAM! PREY ON WOMEN WHO WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT. Not told the tea is a caffeine product and just oolong tea. Paid for rush shipping got basic shipping & rec'd tea 9 days later but only had a 14 day period to try and to cancel to avoid being charged $29.95/month....

Was charged through my bank after I had already canceled. Now my bank account is totally screwed up and have to pay several hundred in fees because of this charge messing everything up....

We never ordered WuYi tea. Orders started showing up. Cancelled & returned product the first time. Funds are being withdrawn from our bank account, so it has to be ID theft.
We don't know how they got our info, but cancelling is proving quite the fight. Getting our money back...
