I filled in a questionnaire on line and order a trial product. Now shipping charges and product charges are being taken out of my bank account. How do I stop these payments and get my money back.

My bank account shows a payment of $48.92 from 'wellbhealth' that was not authorized nor did I (we) receive any services and/or products for this charge.
I have no idea how this happened or how to stop the charges from being taken out of my checking account.

I was completely ripped off by these companies. The only way to do anything about it is to file a complaint with the FTC. I filed one and it only took me two minutes. They wont act on just one report, but if they receive several reports they will investigate. PLEASE CALL THE FTC at 1.877.438.4338....
