priority mail was damaged during delivery, torn in two which was a money order for a court payment and I was only sent one half of the money order back and I can not get a refund without the other half. It was told that I would have to pay a fee to get another one. It is so unfair for me to be punished for something I did not do, think the post office should pay the fee it was in their procession. What can I do, I'm a disabled low income senior citizen, I don't have any extra monies....

I have an online business and 15% of my packages that are shipped via USPS are lost. I pay extra for tracking and they don't scan them. When I call customer service, they say they will follow-up but they never do!! If it's a standard mail package, I've had them tell me, "you should pay more." I've even had a manager tell me "pay more it's 3rd class we really don't care" This organization is a lost cause!!!...

I mailed a package express mail on 11/22/13 for delivery to Cambodia. On 11/29/13 when I checked tracking my package was in Argentina being process for delivery! I called the post office 3 times, each time getting automatically disconnected after 20 minutes and so I decided to go to the post office to sort this out. I was informed that there was nothing they could do and to keep calling the post office number (800-222-1811), which I'd already been doing. I asked about a refund for the error as my package would now be delayed due to error, I was told that the post office doesn't guarantee...

Twice in one week I had a package to be delivered. The tracking said "out for delivery". Well I waited on these packages because they were birthday gifts. The postal carrier leaves my regular mail in the box but no package. The tracking information is updated to "notice" left.. But there's NO NOTICE. Not so much as a complaint as an observation, The promised improvements in package tracking has fallen well short of stated goals. Still no scans in or out and mixed dates such as package in transit a day before it left shipper. Time travel ? I don't think so, just lack of professionalism at United States postal service.....

The score this year is 3 out of 3 important letters lost.
Beginning of March I sent my income tax return papers to my CPA.
Despite the Address was 100% correct and in clear block letters, the envelope was returned to me (sender address) 2 weeks later. I went to the post office again and talked to the clerk, who ensured me that this envelope was crystal clear to him and resend it without charge. The letter was lost for over 6 weeks, until it magically turned up at the CPA's office after the April 15 dead line.

You would think that it is real easy to to get a package delivered these days, with all the technology, IE, tracking #'s, computer scans, handheld scans, satellite links, GPS. But no, it all comes down to one postal service worker walking over to a roll-a-Dex and looking up a PO Box number and confirming a physical address. Now mind you all the residences in town can fit on a roll-a-Dex. And because it is not their job and they are not required to spend two seconds to look up and match physical address to a PO Box they don't do it. The whole town is on PO Box. The USPS must have a policy for hiring incompetent people and rewarding them for doing a poor job. We ship hundreds of packages each week and it astounds me how idiotic their handling of problems are when they lose a package. Latest case is a package that was last scanned at the local CA sorting facility and per tracking has not moved since (almost two weeks). This is the Nth. time I complaining about misdelivering or losing mail to the USPS.
USPS lost the bank replacement card that I was expecting and now that I need it I have to wait till the bank replaces it with another one.
On top of that, the new card comes with a new number which implies that I'll have to change creditors who get pay directly.

My mail from ebay with tracking, sent priority mail was out for delivery and never received and neither was tracking information updated. Went to the post office, someone was complaining about there package being not delivered earlier than mine. I went to the post office, called the supervisor every day, seven days no package, no answer, the supervisor told me they still have fifteen days to find it!

Spoke to the station manager, he is looking into, no package, reported it to USPS customer service, they never called me back either within the two business day window. Sent a message...

I am a student and had a financial aid check coming, I was waiting on my front steps when the mail man drove up delivered the mail to the other three units on my lot and walked toward me he had my check in his hand (I could tell because it’s a very distinctive tare way envelope which all the financial aid checks are mailed). He said no mail for you and just put it back in his jeep; Two weeks later and still no check and it was mailed on the 5th first class from about half a mile away. I had been waiting for a package from my daughter, December 19, 2011 which is when it was scheduled to arrive. I was in my apartment all day and when I went to check the mail there was no package. The rigamarole of trying to find out what happened to a package I mailed 12-7-11 to Wales that shows on the USPS tracking site (when I can access it) as only having been accepted at the post office I mailed it from. Right here in Pittsburgh PA the main post office... supervisors and 204 b acting supervisors are always working on their lunch half hour!! I am a 2o4 b and have been complaining to them to allow us have lunch for 30 mins...they dont and whats even worst is that their computer automatic put in lunch where we didnt have any... if the computer dont put it in then the managers automatically put in the lunch in the system... we are not getting paid for our non lunch time....
