I ordered a tablet computer from nomoprerack.com & it was dead on arrival. When I complained within the 30-day period to do so, they then said it was past the time period to do so, by telling me that "delivery" on the item was earlier than it was. They adamantly refuse to send me a tablet that works or recall this one & refund my money.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS W/NOMORERACK UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH GETTING JUNK THAT DOESN'T WORK & NO REFUND/EXCHANGE.
NOMORERACK IS A SCAM & A RIPOFF. PERIOD....

I searched for a long online and finally found a garment which was at nomorerack.com. I ordered it Sunday 4/20. As of today 4/24, there is no shipping information related to my order. Their FAQ page says allow 10 -14 days for shipping. To me that means it should arrive in 14 days +- !! I contacted customer service several times to get a status and they script their reply is please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing. That isn't stated anywhere on the site. Also, they tell me to allow 7 days for the item to be packaged and shipped, and that is why there is no shipping information on my account...

I ordered Monster Ncredible Ntune headphone in December and the broke in March. I went to the Monster website to find out warranty info and when entered the serial number it a me up fake. I contacted Nomorerack.com and they said they had a strict policy on counterfeit products and would immediately refund our money and fire the vendor. Well it's been 4 weeks and about 40 emails of run around non sense. They will never refund your money or replace the item. They keep coming back with, well this is the vendor that we purchased them from Firemall LLC, so now contact Monster for the warranty. Nope!...

Nomorerack.com is a vicious band of thieves! I ordered over $324 in products, most I never received...they only credited me $7.00 for a charging adapter!! Then told me, after I had to wait months because the items are shipped from overseas...and are not the brands they claim to be, that I would have to file a police report for every item!! Their employees are given fake names to appear to be from the same country as orders are placed from!! When informed that too much time has passed and the police would look into mail fraud, their emails stopped...my $7.00 of the missing $324.00 credit disappeared...and...

I ordered 2 covers for my ipad air a few weeks ago. After not receiving a shipping email after about 2 weeks I checked the website to find out that they had the wrong address for delivery. Not only had the address been changed to an address I lived at more then 2 years ago in another state for the shipping it was also changed for the billing. When I finally contacted someone (which only throughout live chat on the computer) I was told that there was nothing they could do as far as the address even though the item hadn't shipped yet. I made an online purchase in December 2013 through a website called nomorerack.com and guess what? I found out that their system was either hacked or someone from inside took my credit card credentials and tried to make purchase of $1300, $2090, $7.72 and tried to spend a night in an Inn called Temple inn located somewhere in Arizona.
I did an online chat with someone at nomorerack and advise them of what happened and they apologized and generally as I suspected the agent was going around in circles with me so I generally went back to ground zero. Nothing will be done. So needless to say...

Ordered products from NoMoreRack.com. Tablets only worked for 6 hours, boots fell apart a week of wearing them. You can not get a hold of a live person. Emails are generic. The worst thing ever is...my credit card that i used was hacked and it was used all over the world, California, Iowa, New York and Australia (so far). I have never had my card #'s stolen from me until I used NoMoreRack.com and I have proof. Wells Fargo has the best Fraud department and they have found proof that my info was stolen from NoMoreRack's database. So i urge anyone who reads this not to buy anything from this...

I purchased a set of Bowflex weights and the transaction went through smoothly and successfully. I received an email confirmation of the successful order and it said I would receive another with a tracking number once the purchased product shipped. After failing to hear from the company for several days, I logged into my account at NoMoreRack.com only to find that the order had been cancelled. I received no notification by phone or email about this, so I wrote to customer service requesting an explanation. They merely replied saying it was a "supplier issue". My credit card was charged...

I tried to place an order online and forgot to add my company name to the shipping address. I called 20 seconds after I hit send and they told me they couldn't do anything about it... I said well I am not going to get the product if I don't add my name to the shipping address. I was told SORRY... what does sorry do for me NOTHING... I had them cancel the whole order... very disappointed with there service.. will not be ordering from them again... I hope people check this before order so you don't get caught up with problems......

My brother ordered boots for my daughter in size 9. I guess they did not have it in size 9, so they sent us size 8. When she tried them on, she could not even put her foot through. I contacted Nomorerack right away. It took them several days to get back to me. When they did, they said that the boots were bought under "final sale" and that we can't return them. Now, we have boots that we can't use. My daughter still needs boots, so I have to go out and spend more money to get another pair. Where is the bargain? No bargain here. I am better off spending more somewhere else where...

I purchase a pair of boots for my daughter in early December as a Christmas gift and when she tried them on she found a hole where the boots were stitched. The next day I requested and RMA# so I could just exchange them but no reply. I email again 4 days later and I then received a reply stating that I was past my 14 day return policy which I explained that these were a gift and I purchased them early to allow for shipping to be received by Christmas and after emailing back and forth with 2 different people their response was... "as per our policy we cannot accommodate your return request"......

If everyone read this review noremorerack would be out of business. Their stuff is c***, junk, useless, poor quality, shipped late, impossible to return, impossible to find anyone to help you. I bought a Motorola hands free bluetooth headset, it worked for two days. After repeated calls and emails - nothing. What a deal. $50 for two days of operation. With that purchase I ordered a 9" Android tablet So slow it is ununsable. I downloaded a pic of the new bronco, 55Kb and the tablet says I used all of the storage.

I'm a single/ low income mom of autistic twins. I saved all year to have $400 for Christmas. I ordered over $400 worth of things on nomorerack.com for Christmas for them. Everything- came in messed up. Clothes sizes are far from where they should be. I got a computer that came without the tower part that it was suppose to come with. I ordered 2 tablets from them that were the same tablet but different colors. I ordered them the same day. I got one tablet which was blue but have not received the other tablet which was orange. I am not new to online shopping, I'm pretty sure when to avoid an online scam. But these people really drew me in. I ordered an Italian alligator embossed purse, I'm not stupid, I knew it was probably going to be fake plastic stuff but the price was good so I ordered it. When it arrived, I took it out of the packaging, there was no tissue paper that you usually find in a new item. I looked inside the purse and there I found pen marks as if someone had pushed an uncapped pen down into the purse, crumbs in the pockets and actual lipstick marks on the sides of the lining inside the purse....

I sent a email telling them I wanted a refund, and asked how to return. NOTE: no instructions for returns in box or anywhere on website! i received no reply, so I resent it again yesterday. I made a purchase on Dec2 for 3 items at 11:47pm right before bed. I found the next morning that the order was duplicated. I was checking my emails at around 9 am. At this time I sent a request telling them of their error and duplicating the order and charging my account twice. I also went on to Paypal and filed a dispute over the duplicate charge and called the company while doing this and got no answer, well on hold with a wait time of under 2 mins. that was at 18 when I hung up. I contacted Paypal by phone at his time to see if they had a better phone number and it was the same the customer service...

The company offered me a $10 promo code. I tried to use it and kept getting an error. It took them over 2 weeks to correct the issue and when it finally showed in my account I tried to check out again and then got another error. It then deleted all products in my cart and deleted the credit. Apparently you can't even use credits the company gives you.

I then came across this site and see all complaints. I figured this was a bad site when it doesn't give you a phone number for customer service and the only way to contact them is via email. Very Shady Company!!!...
