I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service...

Yes, the program have been working very well, for 9 months, but now suddenly, it wont start, no matter what I try. What should I do? Btw, was trying to get Limewire in the first place, and wonder what went wrong when this program suddenly was installed.

When I clicked on my desk top shortcut nothing happened. I do understand that there are glitches from time to time, but what bothers me is I had no way of resolving this issue. They are happy to take your money but they wont be there if you have a problem....

After initial log computer crashed after first very poor quality download - unable to access site to make complaint or find out why I have been overcharged. I am now concerned that my card details are with what appears to be a very dodgy company....

Have had 360 Share pro for over a year. Worked fine until I tried it today. Can't get it to download. Paid a life time subscription... Did life mean the life span that 360 share lasts before folding up?! What a rip off. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling using my login and passwords....

I too am having the same problem with 360 Share Pro. I paid for a lifetime subscription, and used the service for approx. 1 year. Now the icon on my desktop does nothing, and the program will not open. I suspect that I've been scammed, as it appears many others have been as well....

I've paid and had my credit card immediately debited 'DLDPROVIDE.COM-888-4486880' on 2nd August 2007 for $68.46 (Australian).
I've never received a password to even get into 360 Share Pro... never heard back at all, have been unable to get anywhere on their site? ...

I work hard for my money and to be ripped off like this really pisses me off!!!What can I do along with many other's to get our money back? Company's like this should be punished some how for scamming people....
