They gave me two subscriber numbers to log in and it doesn't work to claim a $ 25.00 visa card. and a $ 100.00 visa card. Sent what they needed for this and it doesn't work. I am upset....

i was sent a message on my phone that said i had been subscribed to a ringtone package, when i never accepted anything and i was billed $19.99. i sent a message to cancell and stop the subscription but i was still charged. my phone works like a prepaid plan so that money that was taken off...
