I rented a car thru Hotwire to be picked up at Ontario, CA airport and was talked into a an upgrade. The clerk never metioned that he was not applying the fee I had already payed Hotwire. All in all I payed $180.00 and change for a car I drove for 4 hours... Really disappointed with Avis sales...
