Budget Suites of America review: Room rent e1065, I paid $150.00 deposit plus $1,682.55 for 1 month rent

On Friday May 4, 2023,at 8:00am, I went to the office of Budget Suites of America, located on 8150 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX, to rent a room they rented room E1065 and they charged to my credit card the total of $150.00 for deposit, plus the total of $1,682.55 for monthly rental covering the period of May-04-2023 to June-04-2023, I was asked to come back after 5:00pm because the room was going to be cleaned and ready

After 6:00pm I went to the office and got the room key, I went to the room

to find out that the whole room was infested with some many roaches crawling all over the walls floor and toilet, the carpet was very dirty, very nasty odor of cigarettes, the whole place was horrible, I was not able to sleep and immediate email the manager in charge of this place and I made the request of immediate cancelation of this room rental due to the whole room conditions, they never offer any other room accommodations due to they negligence, I did not have any choices the only option was to leave the place.

Since May 08, 2023, I have being requesting the full refund of the two credit card charges total of $1.832.55 but they are refusing to return my money back
