Since January 2023 swimming pool has been closed for Bronx House members men. I sent an email to Fitness & Wellness Director Jonathan Acosta to find out when it will be reopening – no response, asked to get the money back I paid for membership – no response.

Please help me to return the money the Bronx House community center has taken for services they did not provide

Thank you.

Desired outcome: Paid for membership on 09.18.22 $220.00 for one year and used my membership until the beginning of January 2023, I want $1600.00 back
