you clearly cant see how saying a victim lied and talking about someones dead son isnt a problem then you are completely naive...Its not about scorn, its about standing up for victims...which you blame.

I did not call out victims. I AM A VICTIM! I do not have a bogus PI. You don't know me, you don't know what these two individuals have done to me, I did not defend these two individual nor anyone else. I don't need to defend myself either. I just wanted to state that I too am a victim of Mr. Reinhart's lies. I am only stating what was presented to me. As I thought, you are a family member who has been scorned. You are looking at what I said in a cloudy manner. You are not thinking clearly. I did not trash an alleged rape victim nor did I trash an individual that has passed away. I was not at any trial nor have I ever been in a court room in my whole life. Again, to reiterate, I AM NOT A FAMILY MEMBER. I don't know how my PI got the records that he did, nor do I care. I only care about getting back what is owed to me. As I stated in my earlier posts, I started this investigation in 2010. When Mr. Reinhart goes to trial for his stealing, I am sure that he will be found guilty. I do believe in the judicial system. If not, I see a retrial in his near future. As far as Mr. Reinhart's son that had passed away. I'm sorry for your loss and his loss but again I was told that his son was in and out of rehab. But, as I stated earlier, does it really matter how he passed away? This a complaint board for what people have done wrong, not a sounding board by your scorn or anyone else scorn. As I stated, if you lost money like I did, file a complaint. If you are mad because you are scorned, wrong place to rant. You need to see a doctor that you can bend an ear too. You need to move on from your hatred!

BTW how would a private investigator get sealed court transcripts. It was a sealed record. that is something of 100% truth. Meaning you know the deliberation because you were at the trial or your PI used some nefarious tactics.

IF you wonder why someone got so angry at what you said think about it like this. You trashed a victim because of a jury verdict. Was OJ simpson innocent? He was found not guilty.

You claimed someone Cried Rape. That is completely un acceptable. it is not something someone should say EVEN if there is a not guilty verdict because not guilty does not equal innocence. If you are not a family member then you would apologize to the victims you trashed including the victim in the trial and the son who was scammed.

Trashing victims. Thats what your did. Real victims. And if you are victim and he went to trial for the crimes against you would you think he was innocent? no you wouldnt. Think before you speak. Victim trashing is never acceptable and you deserved the animosity you got.

He told me about his business (get scouted) and asked if he could hire me to do some research for his company. I agreed and then he introduced me to Ms. Rodriguez. After two months of bounced payroll checks, I went to confront them, only to find that they skipped town. I hired a detective to track them down so that I could serve them with papers for breach of contract. As close as the detective got, they would skip town. I know the truth - the truth is that I was screwed out of two months worth of pay. Do I know the horrible things that he has done in his life - no, nor do I care. I only checked into him from 2010. I was shown paperwork from his arrest from his ex-sister-in-law and saw that the jury deliberated less than 30 minutes to find him not guilty. I don't care about it nor does it concern me. As far as his son that passed away. I was given paperwork that he was in and out of rehab. Again, do I care, no. A young life is gone - it doesn't matter how, the finality is that he is gone. I truly resent you both (which I think is the same person or the same family) of saying that I'm lying and that I am a family member trying to protect both of them. I am a hard working individual who got screwed and I just want what is mine. I was quite happy when I found out that both Mr. Reinhart and Ms. Rodriguez was caught and arrested. Will it give me back what is owed to me, NO! But, they both will have time to think that they have done to so many. If you both have been screwed out of money, like myself, file a report. I have been trying to track down Mr. Reinhart and Ms. Rodriguez for sometime. I do feel that they both belong in prison and that they are truly evil. With that said, I think some facts need to be posted here as well. I have done a lot of research on these two individuals, and like so many, have been cheated from. I have a private detective on this case and have been for years. With respect to Mr. Reinhart's children - his 4th son did NOT commit suicide over a credit card debt. He had a very bad drug habit that he could not shake. Mr. Reinhart was NOT allowed to be at the wake and funeral and a cop was posted at the door with pictures of him if he did attend. Massachusetts law states that no one under the age of 16 is liable for credit card debt as they are a minor. With respect to the molestation charge Mr. Reinhart had an affair with his ex-sister-in-law, got caught and for her to save face, she cried rape. My detective saw that the evidence the court had, this woman liked to party and have a good time. He was found not guilty. This information is from my detective. Like I said, these two individuals are truly evil and need to be behind bars but the accusations need to be the truth!

He's been BUSTED! He's sitting in a jail cell right now! He had the cuffs slapped on him Feb 28th in Portmouth, NH! Woo Hoo!

This guy is such a loser. He didn't even attend his own son's wake and funeral after he had life issues and took his life. The guy is a criminal...hes been on trial for child molestation and rape, scammed his children by stealing their identities, and is now ripping people off with a Harvard MBA (i highly doubt its real) Report this man, go to the authorities, do whatever it takes to take him down. I highly recommend getting his name in the media. Let people know to stay away.

I do know how to reach Linda I believe Linda might have information on Mr. Reinhart but probably isn't sure that anything can be done to stop him. It souonds like everyone should get together as a joint effort to get justice. I don't want to post any of her email information on line but I'm sure she wouldn't mind talking to anyone who may have been hurt by Mr. Reinhart. If the AG isn't doing their job, maybe getting an attorney to represent a group would work. Not sure but just a suggestion.

Bob reinhart is a scam artist but you dont have to mention his kids and ruin there names. All seven of his kids are great citizens and have heads on there shoulders. They all work and go to school and have futures unlike there father. There is no need to throw kellys name in this post. He used her yes but you dont have to mention her name or any of his children. I think they would all like to see him go down just not you guys but them to. You guys may have been scammed but they been hurt the most. If you cant trust family then who can you trust so they are victims just as much as you are and there not happy believe me. Bob rented office space down there and screwed the landlord of $10K - oh ya a boston consultant was ripped off too. He is in search for our dying friend too. I believe there is a Merrimack College professor named Joe S...in search for Bob as well for screwing him too. Clarissa knows how to pick'm.

The AG's office is useless. All they do is send a letter and all Bob and Clarissa have to do is lie or not respond and its over. They don't have the resources to go after them. Also, since its an LLC there is no one to go after for money unless you can prove there was intent to commit fraud. There obviously is, but we will all need to get out information together, it will be too expensive for most of us to go after them legally as indivuduals.

Please...all who have been scammed by these to as my father has please report this matter to the Attorney General in Boston. They are not pleased with the way these two have done business. IF that does't work please contact a Lawyer as we have to bring them to justice. Please take action so that we all can be compensated.
