This company has the worst customer service EVER! Please stay far away from them - they do not deserve to be in business! I purchased an item clearly marked chrome - it came and was aluminum. I contacted the owner who advised funny, I don't see anywhere where it says chrome. The owner actually changed all future listings! He lied and knew it and tried to cover it up! When I called to find out what was going on with my return he yelled at me that I was bothering them with my calls and emails! They then charged me a 15% restocking fee on an item that THEY misrepresented! Future correspondence got the owner John yelling at me and even hung up on me! THERE ARE 32 COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! STAY FAR FAR AWAY - THEY SHOULD GO UNDER AND NEVER RECEIVE OUR BUSINESS!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Misrepresentation seems to be their stock and trade. They like to sell parts as "genuine Ford" and even "NOS" that are reproductions. If you call them on it they tell you that you're an idiot and they have 30 years of experience so you know nothing. 30 years of experience to me means nothing. I've seen plenty of people do things wrong for 30 years. I can tell you that I have 26 years of experience restoring Fords and I learned how to spot a FAKE.
Yes, with Ford licensed reproductions that aren't exactly like the original parts and can legally use the Ford logo and even original part number it can be confusing. I can forgive ignorance, because ignorance can be educated away in someone willing to learn. These guys have no interest in learning, likely because they already know what they're doing, and lacking a conscience gladly rip off unsuspecting consumers who are ignorant.
Call it what you want, but these guys are straight up hucksters and thieves. You'd be better off burning your money than giving it to them. Here's hoping the power of the internet puts them where they belong: out of business.
