I have been charged without my consent
The 27/12 2023 I was charged with 1089,99 Sek (swedish crowns) for some unknown service or something. I have not ordered anything from this company and don’t even understand what I’ve paid for. I want my money back and hope that this will be resolved without any delay.

March 18, 2023 they charged me 39.99 for a renewal of Malwarebytes, which I had canceled my account several months ago. They charged me through PayPal and I filed a dispute, but I am not sure it will work.
When I called back in the winter to cancel the account, the customer service agent admitted I had been paying for a service that had not been activated and I deserved a refund. So instead, they wait a few months and charge me anyway! I don't know what to do.

Unauthorized renewal of Software
I have used BitDefender internet security for years. I renewed my subscription in December or 22 for 2 years for 10 devices... I January Avangate charged me for a renewal for another year when my subscription is already paid 2 years in advance. Filed a dispute with Pay Pal, but Bitdefender refuses to refund money until I close the dispute with Pay Pal & Avangate.

my son bought a music programme from you and I was charged 135 euro twice .,I can't seem to contact you and need this refunded immediately it was bought the 30th of aug from ireland under the name lorraine o mahony I have picture of the double charge on my bank account my son also made a complaint and it has not been responded to ,this is an unauthorised transaction from your company which is illegal this needs to be refunded immediately before I contact my solicitor to deal with it

Refund of a double purchase of 66.11 euros
I've just found tody by my bank that the 2 transfers of 66.11 euros where made for an app to read Blue-Ray on Windows. I would like to get a refund of both transfers cause at the end i bought another program.

The latest statement for my NatWest credit card account shows a payment of £9.94 to a payee called 'Avangate BV Amsterdam NLD'. I do not recall having made this transaction. The credit card statement shows a Transaction Date of 20 Nov 2021. The posting date is given as 31 March 2022, which would seem an unusually long time after the transaction date, given that the posting date is usually no more than a day or two after the transaction date. I should be grateful to be told more about the transaction, including the identity of the retailer concerned.

I was billed via my Amazon credit card on 27 October 2021 for £24.59.

In adequate identification
Avangate does not identify who the charges are for in their billing. That means you can't figure out what you paid for on your charge card. How can the user know if they are being scammed or not.
The whole purpose of computers is to make data sharing easy and fast.
Why can't Avangate identify who the charge is being made for?
I purchased a year license to use Malwarebytes computer scanning software.
My credit entry should read something like:
"Avangate charged $43.50 for Malwarebytes"
I find Avangate very unprofessional and it's conduct could easily lead to scamming people out of money because of what it is hiding.

I own a small business. I authorized a ONE-TIME charge of $10.55 to Avangatem Inc., on 9/4/21. Since then I have been charged $19.95 (10/4/21), $19.95 (11/4/21), $19.95 (12/4/21) & $19.95 (1/4/22). These 4 charges of $19.95 are improper, fraudulent and need to stop! I am seeking to please be refunded $79.80 and to have Avangate permanently blocked from charging me again. Thank you.

Whom it may concern
There was a deduction of a R1399.00 on my credit card on the 4th of Aug 2021 at 17:19. I have never signed up or subscribed for any service regarding Avangate.

My American Express account has been debited £29.99 in June every year for at least 4 years. The only information given is the name Avangate BV Amsterdam. I assume this is either an error or a deliberate theft. As far as I know, I have never had any dealings with this company. If they are acting on behalf of a third party, I would like to know who it is so that I can take the necessary action.
