ACF Wholesale Complaint
I ordered a loveseat online Order #130020 from ACF Wholesale on July 25th of 2022. On July 28th I got an email from them acknowledging the purchase. They also charged my card for the full amount without shipping the unit which I thought was rather odd. On Aug 29th I received another email from them saying again that the delivery was being pushed out until mid Sept timeframe. At this point I did some investigation online of this firm and found a ton of complaints bad reviews etc. I informed them on Aug 29th in an email requesting a refund which they acknowledged and said about two weeks for it to happen on that very same day. On Sept 14th I sent yet another email requesting the status of my refund. On Sept 16th I sent the same email again as I had not gotten a response. Later that day in an email they acknowledged my emails for an update on the refund and said they were awaiting confirmation from the vendor / supplier of the purchase. On September 27th I sent another email requesting the refund and informed that I would be contacting the BBB as well as other state and local consumer protection agencies on this matter. Response on same day in email was that management was looking into it. At this point I do not believe anything that they say. I have ordered the exact same unit from the exact same manufacturer and received it in less than 10 days beginning to end. This is clearly a scam outfit and I request your assistance in this matter. I ordered the same item from a competitor got it in less than 10 business total scam do not do business with these frauds! I have filed complaints with BBB in MS as well as MS State Attorney General's office. Look at all the complaints online at BBB and elsewhere. The responses you get from them online are all auto generated computer responses. Caveat Emptor!
Desired outcome: My money back (refund!!) and an apology for totally misleading me and others
