4MD Medical Unreliable Medical Equipment: My Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical

I recently purchased a PERFECTO2 WITH SENSOR from 4MD Medical (4mdmedical.com) and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The serial number of my device is 191F*** and then it was replaced with 11FF***. After just over two months of use, the air flow began to slow down to a trickle. I was desperate for a solution.

I decided to send the device in for repair and paid the necessary fees. However, when it was returned to me, it was exactly the same as when I sent it in, except for the fact that the filters were missing. I was extremely disappointed and sent it back to them. They claimed to have repaired it, but unfortunately, the device was lost during shipping.

After many phone calls and complaints about the low air flow, they continued to insist that their testing machine showed that the device was in working order. However, I needed oxygen and couldn't afford to wait any longer. I finally had to go to a reputable company to purchase a new unit.

I informed 4MD Medical that I had given up and was willing to return the device to them. However, they told me to simply throw it away as they didn't even want it. I was out a lot of money and extremely disappointed with their service.

In conclusion, I would not recommend 4MD Medical for anyone who needs reliable medical equipment. It's not worth gambling with your life.

4MD Medical Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical: Delayed Shipping, Missing Parts, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from 4MD Medical and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I decided to buy a bath lift from their website, even though it was more expensive than other sites I had seen. I thought that paying a little extra would mean better service, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

When I placed my order, the website stated that the item would be shipped within 3-5 days. However, it took a full two weeks for the product to arrive. And when it did, I was shocked to find that it didn't come with a seat! I immediately called customer service to inquire about this, and was told that seats are actually sold separately and that this information was not listed on the website. I was frustrated that I had not been made aware of this before making my purchase.

To make matters worse, the website did mention that a replacement seat could be purchased, but when I brought this up to the customer service representative, they took the item down from the website and changed the wording slightly. I felt like they were being dishonest and trying to cover up their mistake.

I decided to order the seat separately, but even that process was a hassle. Two weeks later, the seat still hadn't arrived. When I called customer service again, I was put on hold for half an hour before finally being told that the item was on backorder and might arrive that day. I wasn't holding my breath, and sure enough, the seat still hasn't shown up.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with 4MD Medical. I live in a senior community and was planning on recommending this company to my neighbors, but now I won't be doing that. I think they need to be more transparent about their products and shipping times, and they need to improve their customer service if they want to keep customers coming back.

4MD Medical Exceptional Customer Service and Lower Prices - My Experience with 4MD

I've been using the same company for years to get my skilled division supplies, but I recently stumbled upon 4MD and I'm so glad I did. The previous company I dealt with seemed to have lost interest in my business. Their prices were skyrocketing and their customer support was non-existent. I couldn't even call them, I had to send an email and wait for a response.

But with 4MD, I was able to speak with a real person named Nicole F. She was extremely knowledgeable about their products and went above and beyond to help me out. And let me tell you, she was an absolute delight to talk to! It's refreshing to know that there are still people out there who care about their customers.

To make things even better, 4MD actually lowered their prices for me without me even asking. How amazing is that? I'll definitely be turning to 4MD for all of my medical supply needs from now on. It's comforting to know that my business is appreciated and valued by someone.

4MD Medical Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical: Terrible Customer Service and Questionable Ethics

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with 4MD Medical. I was trying to support local businesses by ordering a medical item for my physician's office, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. I thought it would be a quick and easy process, but boy was I wrong.

First of all, they charged my card right away, which I thought was a good sign. But then, 14 days later, I still hadn't received my package. I tried calling their customer service line, but was put on hold for over an hour and a half! Can you believe that? And when I tried to contact them through their online chat system, it was never available.

I sent two emails and multiple messages through their chat system, but no one ever got back to me. According to their website, they're supposed to respond to emails within a day, but it's been five days since I sent my first email and still nothing.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from 4MD Medical. Their customer service is terrible and their ethics are questionable. If you need medical supplies, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently had an experience with 4MD Medical that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My purchase was for an item that cost over $630 and the initial transaction went smoothly. I was able to complete the purchase online using my credit card and the funds were deducted without any issues.

However, after a few weeks had passed and I had not received any updates on the status of my delivery, I decided to reach out to the company to inquire about the delay. To my surprise, I was informed that my order had been cancelled without any notification from the company. It was only after I reached out to them that I found out about the cancellation.

I decided to repurchase the item and waited patiently for it to arrive. However, after over three months had passed, I still had not received my item. When I checked the online tracking information, it showed that the package had been received and signed for by someone I did not recognize.

I tried to contact the supplier through email, but received no response. It was only after I called their customer service line that I was able to speak with someone. The customer service representative assured me that they would investigate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

However, after a week had passed, I received a message from the company stating that they were unable to help me and that the issue would not be resolved. I was shocked and disappointed by their lack of professionalism and disregard for business norms and ethics.

Despite my attempts to reach out to them through phone and email, I have not received any further communication from the company. It is frustrating to have spent so much money on an item that I never received, and to have been treated so poorly by the company. 4MD Medical Deceptive Pricing and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with 4MD Medical

I recently tried to order some Sammons Preston Reachers from 4MD Medical's website. The prices listed were $4.99 for the 26" and $9.99 for the 32". However, when I went to check out, the prices changed to $11.30 for the 26" and $11.55 for the 32". I was confused and concerned, so I decided to live chat with their customer service representative, Lori. She told me that she saw the lower prices as well and suggested that I call in my order instead.

When I called, I was put on hold several times and finally spoke with a manager named Stacy M. She also offered me 10% off as a courtesy, but explained that the prices listed on the website were incorrect due to a "glitch" in their system. I was frustrated and felt deceived. How could they advertise one price and then change it at checkout?

I asked if they could honor the prices they advertised, but they refused. They claimed that since the prices were a mistake, they were not obligated to honor them. I found this to be unfair and possibly even illegal.

Overall, my experience with 4MD Medical's customer service was disappointing. They were not transparent about their pricing and seemed more concerned with correcting their mistake than making it right for their customers. I would caution anyone who plans to place an order with them to be careful and double-check the prices before checking out.

4MD Medical Frustrating Experience with 4MD Medical: Difficulty Ordering and Lack of Communication

I recently had an experience with 4MD Medical that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I was in need of an elbow brace and decided to order one from their website. However, I encountered some issues while trying to place my order online. Despite my attempts to order two braces, the system kept indicating that I was ordering 20, 22, or 24. I couldn't seem to change the numbers, so I eventually gave up and decided to call in my order instead.

After two weeks had passed, I still hadn't received my items and was curious about the status of my order. Unfortunately, when I tried to call the company, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes without anyone answering. I tried again the next day, but had the same experience. While on hold, I managed to find an email address to send an inquiry to. The next day, I received an email from 4MD Medical stating that the item I wanted was no longer available.

4MD Medical 4MD Medical: Shady Business Practices and Terrible Customer Service

This company, 4MD Medical, has a reputation for taking customers' money and not delivering the products they ordered. It seems like they only do the bare minimum to keep their business afloat. Maybe they're just using it as a front for something else, like smuggling drugs or avoiding taxes. It's crazy to think that so many people have complained about this company online, yet they're still in business. It's really strange.

There are a lot of theories about what's really going on with this company. Some people think they might be involved in child sex trafficking. Others think they're just a shady business that's trying to make a quick buck. Whatever the case may be, it's best to stay far away from them and their crooked associates.

One customer service representative, Jennifer, is particularly terrible. She's rude and unhelpful, and it seems like she doesn't care about the customers at all. When one customer complained about her behavior to her manager, Eric, Jennifer called the customer and harassed them. Eric's response was to apologize for how the customer felt, which doesn't really solve the problem.

Overall, it's best to avoid 4MD Medical and their questionable practices. There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you better and actually deliver the products you ordered. Don't waste your time or money on this shady business.

4MD Medical Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical: Delays, Miscommunication, and Damaged Product

I placed my order on November 25th, 2017 on 4MD Medical's website. The website promised fast and free shipping within 3-5 days. However, after waiting for two weeks, I still had not received my order or any confirmation that it had been shipped. Frustrated, I decided to call the company to inquire about my order.

To my dismay, the customer service representative informed me that my order was scheduled to be shipped on December 12th, which was already past the promised delivery date. To make matters worse, the representative initially told me that the machine I ordered was refurbished, even though I had specifically ordered a new one. After being put on hold for several minutes, the representative came back and corrected herself, confirming that it would indeed be a new machine.

December 12th came and went, and I still had not received any updates on my order. I called the company again for confirmation, only to be told that it was now scheduled for December 29th. I was extremely unhappy with this delay, and the representative promised to try and get it sent out on December 20th instead.

On December 20th, I called once again to check on my order. The representative informed me that it had been sent out and promised to send me the tracking information. I received the tracking information and was relieved to see that it was scheduled to be delivered on December 22nd.

However, on December 22nd, the package never arrived. I checked the tracking information again, only to find that it had been delivered to a different location. Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, I was unable to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue.

Finally, on December 26th, I received a new confirmation with a new tracking number. I was relieved to see that it was finally on its way. However, when I received the oxygen concentrator on January 3rd, 2018, the box was badly damaged and the seams of the concentrator were snapped apart.

Overall, my experience with 4MD Medical was extremely disappointing. The delays, miscommunication, and damaged product have left me with a negative impression of the company. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

4MD Medical Frustrating Experience with 4MD Medical: Delayed Blood Testing and Lack of Professional Follow-Through

I had a really frustrating experience with 4MD Medical. I ordered a PT/INR machine that I was approved to use at home, but then I found out that the machine and test strips I ordered were only for use in a doctor's office. So, I had to cancel that order and order a different machine that included test strips. But then I found out that I needed a prescription from my doctor for the machine. I got the prescription, but then all of my orders were cancelled for some reason, even the most recent and correct one. I had to re-order the machine, which cost me $900. When it finally arrived, there were no test strips included, so the machine was useless to me. I had to contact the company again to let them know that I didn't have any test strips. They said they would ship them out, but it has delayed my blood testing to a point where it's becoming critical to my health.

When I asked about the missing test strips, I found out that the machine I was finally sent had a product number on it that didn't even exist on the website. But there was a unit available for just $25 more that would have included 5 boxes of test strips. Why wasn't I informed about that machine in the first place? Another $25 would have been worth it. I'm not even sure how many test strips I'm getting now, but I doubt it's 5 boxes worth.

This whole experience has been absurd and inexcusable. It's the most protracted transaction I've ever experienced, and it was completely unnecessary. I'm really disappointed in 4MD Medical's lack of professional follow-through. It's delayed my blood testing to a critical point, and it's been really frustrating to deal with.

4MD Medical Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical: Delayed Shipping and Lack of Communication

I placed an order for face masks on January 27, 2020 from 4MD Medical. They said the masks were in stock and my credit card was charged. However, after waiting for two weeks, I still hadn't received my order and I didn't receive any notification that the product had shipped. It was quite frustrating to say the least.

To make matters worse, I had previously ordered allergy shot syringes from 4MD Medical and it took a long time for them to arrive as well. It seems like their shipping and delivery process needs some improvement.

If you're looking for reliable and efficient service, you might want to consider shopping elsewhere. My office has since switched to ordering medical supplies from Amazon Prime, which has been a much smoother experience.

4MD Medical Unresponsive Customer Service and Long Shipping Times: My Experience with 4MD Medical

So, I had a bit of a rough experience with 4MD Medical. I placed an order for an item and was surprised to find out that it would take 8 weeks to ship. I wasn't too happy about that, but I figured I could wait. However, things got worse when I received the item and then didn't hear anything from them. I tried to contact them, but they were unresponsive.

Thankfully, I had used PayPal to make the purchase, so I was able to get them involved. After some back and forth, PayPal sided with me and I was able to get my money back. However, 4MD Medical still charged me for return shipping, which I thought was pretty unfair. I tried to fight it, but they never sent me the label they promised.

In the end, I decided to just pay for the return shipping myself, which cost me $15. It was frustrating, but at least I got my $160 back. Overall, I wouldn't recommend doing business with 4MD Medical. They seem to be more like brokers than actual suppliers, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you're looking for medical supplies, I'd suggest finding another supplier.

4MD Medical Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical: Incorrect Delivery and Lack of Communication

I placed an order on May 13th from 4MD Medical's website. I was disappointed to find out that they do not ship to PO Boxes, which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. I had to contact them through the computer due to the virus, and unfortunately, I was not able to speak to a live person. I spoke to Jennifer Delpome and gave her the correct physical address twice, but I did not receive any response from her.

When they finally responded, they only mentioned the PO Box, which was frustrating. I decided to look up FEDEX to see where my package was, and I was shocked to find out that it was shipped to an old address that I did not even give them. To make matters worse, it was delivered to a vacant address, and I have no idea who has the syringes now.

I asked for a refund, but I have not received any response yet. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that my package was delivered to the wrong address. I hope that they can resolve this issue soon and provide me with a refund.

4MD Medical Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my experience with 4MD Medical. I ordered some hand sanitizers on March 3, thinkin' I'd be gettin' them in no time since they showed they were in stock. But let me tell ya, it took a whole month and a week for me to get half of my order! I was pretty dang frustrated, so I shot 'em an email sayin' I wanted a refund for the part I didn't receive. I mean, it had been so long and I was able to get it somewhere else by then.

They replied sayin' they'd look into it, but I never got my refund and I haven't heard from 'em since. I even sent a couple more emails, but nothin'. I gotta say, that's some real poor customer service right there. I'm pretty upset they didn't give me my refund like they said they would. Ain't gonna be orderin' from them again, that's for sure.

4MD Medical Mixed Experience with 4MD Medical: Disappointed with Order, but Impressed by Product Company's Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from 4MD Medical and unfortunately, the product I received was not the one I had ordered. I was quite disappointed and decided to give them a call to see what could be done about it. The customer service representative I spoke with informed me that the picture on the website had not been updated and that they would send me the correct product as soon as possible.

However, I had to ask several times about the return label before I finally received it. It was only after I reported the issue to my credit card company that I was able to get the return label. I sent the product back to the company that produced it, not to 4MD Medical, and it has been over a month now with no refund.

Despite this frustrating experience, I did have a positive interaction with the company that produced the product. I went directly to them to get a different product and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Overall, my experience with 4MD Medical was not great. While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in receiving my refund. However, I am grateful for the excellent customer service I received from the company that produced the product and would consider purchasing from them again in the future.

4MD Medical Disappointing Experience with 4MD Medical: Delayed Refund and Poor Customer Service

I made an online purchase of a medical freezer from 4MD Medical in May 2020. I was excited to receive my order and start using it for my medical practice. I paid in full with my credit card and eagerly awaited the arrival of my new freezer. However, my excitement was short-lived as I received an email in June stating that the product was out of stock and that a refund would be issued.

At first, I thought that the refund process would be quick and easy. However, after reading some reviews, which I should have done before making the purchase, I realized that this might not be the case. I was disappointed to find out that many customers had experienced similar issues with 4MD Medical.

I tried to contact the company through their phone lines, but I was unable to get through. After sending three emails to customer service, I gave up. I was frustrated that I couldn't get any information about my refund.

Finally, I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey. I was relieved to see that 4MD Medical took quick action on my complaint and issued a refund. However, the whole process took much longer than I had anticipated.

Overall, I would give 4MD Medical two stars for their handling of my order. While I appreciate the fact that they did eventually issue a refund, the whole process was frustrating and time-consuming. I would caution other customers to do their research before making a purchase from this company.

4MD Medical Terrible Experience with 4MD Medical: Multiple Items Cancelled Without Notice

I recently made a purchase from 4MD Medical and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered multiple items and paid for the order, including the shipping and handling fees. However, I received an email stating that one of the items I ordered was discontinued and had been removed from my order. This was a national brand item and I knew it was not actually discontinued.

To my surprise, when I checked my order, I found that not one, but two out of the three items I ordered had been removed from my order. Each item had several units count, so a total of nine items out of twelve were cancelled without any notice before shipping the order. I was not given the opportunity to approve or cancel the order before it was shipped.

As a result, I received only three small items that cost the same as their high shipping charge. I was disappointed that there was no apology or response from the company regarding the situation. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

4MD Medical Warning: Potential Scam Alert - 4MD Medical Review

I recently made a purchase from 4MD Medical after a surgeon recommended a specific product for my recovery. I searched high and low for this item and found that 4MD was one of the few retailers that had it in stock. I placed my order 11 days ago and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, after a week went by without any updates, I began to worry.

Finally, I received an email with a tracking number. I was relieved to finally have some information about my order. However, when I tried to track the package, the tracking number always came up as invalid. I tried checking it for the past four workdays, but still no luck. 4MD Medical Unreliable and Unprofessional: Our Experience with 4MD Medical

We recently made a purchase of medical supplies from 4MD Medical, but unfortunately, we did not receive our complete order. We were initially assured that the missing product would be sent to us promptly, but after a week of no contact from the company, we decided to reach out to them ourselves. We attempted to call them for two consecutive days, but unfortunately, we were left on hold for an extended period of time without anyone answering our call. We even waited for four hours on the second day, but still, no one picked up the phone.

Feeling frustrated, we decided to send an email to complain about the situation. The response we received was that someone was already working on our case, but we have yet to receive any further updates or calls from the company. We must say that this has been a disappointing experience, and we do not recommend buying from 4MD Medical. They have proven to be an unreliable and unprofessional business, and we have yet to receive our money back. We regret our decision to purchase from them and will not be doing so again in the future.

4MD Medical don't use them

Not sure I can recommend this website to anyone at all. It's unreliable.
I ordered several items from them. One of them was broken (the others were fine). By some quirk of fate, the broken item was the most expensive one.
So I let them know, they said I could return it without any problem and then they will reimburse its cost. So I did. Two months ago. Still no money.
My emails are left with no response as if they did it on purpose...

4MD Medical service

This is the worst experience in ordering a product I have had in decades! I can't get a hold of Customer Service due to multiple calls being dropped ..tried emailing, no response. Order is still in "processing" status. Order was placed Jan. 19, 2017. My last email I sent was Feb. 26, 2017 ..still have not received a response.

I can't even get a hold of someone to cancel this order!
