I bought a GoSun Chillest in October and was told it would ship in November. I called and they said it would be delayed until late November or early December. But now, when I check the website, it says it won't ship until January 2022. I'm currently being charged by a third-party payment plan because GoSun accepted my order.

I tried to buy the GoSun ProPack and Umbrella. They took $821 from my checking account on 5/16. I ain't got no statement, proof of purchase, or any update on when they gonna deliver this thing. They said it would come around 7. I got one response when I called them, I attached it here. But now they ain't picking up the phone and they ain't replied to my last two emails.

I contacted customer service to let them know, but they questioned my honesty about not receiving it. Eventually, they sent the battery a few days later.
Unfortunately, the cooler stopped working after just one week. It keeps shutting off randomly, causing the temperature inside to rise and rendering it useless for keeping frozen food cold. I tried reaching out to customer service by sending 7 emails, but I haven't received a response. It's frustrating because now the "No questions asked return" period has passed due to their poor customer service. When I tried using their chat option, the person I talked to just said, "We will relay this to the team."
