Huge disappointment!
I'm very disappointed with DressComeOn and that was the most terrible online shopping experience ever! They sent me a dress which did not fit at all and it was several sizes smaller! It was absolutely useless and there was no way I could ever wear that dress. I could not even bring it to a tailor to fix! Of course I tried to contact customer service because I wanted to return the dress, but they never replied to my messages. So I literally I wasted my money on something that can't even use! Such a huge disappointment!
Seller is scammer and I can't get money back
The website www.dresscomeon.co.uk is big-big scam, so please avoid them and post comments. I didn’t get the info about purchase as well as I haven’t received the order. I asked to return money back, but they still diddle-daddle. I was really disappointed and have no idea what measures to take now. As well as don’t buy from them, ‘coz the quality of creams was awful. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
Impossible to reach the seller and get any info
I had really bad experience with the company www.dresscomeon.co.uk, ‘coz I placed the order on the website www.gocomec.com. I bought two dresses from them. I paid and waited for confirmation info. I got the tracking number, but it was fake. I tried to contact the seller, but no one replied. I decided to reach them through the website, but they continued to keep silence. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
