These guys responded to my tenants call for free estimate for AC
These guys responded to my tenants call for free estimate for AC. The tech arrived on the site and demanded a credit card upfront for payment. Tenant refused and told him to call myself. I refused to give him my credit card and asked him to give us an estimate so that we can decide. Well he left but invoice came for $156.00. Now they are threatening the elderly tenants every day with calls, legal action, collections and reporting to credit. I have asked them to deal with me but they won't. I asked for anything signed like work order etc but nothing but they stated that they have GPS Coordinates to prove that their Tech was there- wow. I have seen all types of proof but nothing like this. So be careful when dealing with them, that's all.

2 years ago we bought a *** furnace
2 years ago we bought a *** furnace. On the Work Order, it says we got a 12-year warranty for parts and a 5-year warranty for labor. No special conditions were mentioned. On 22.Feb.2020, our furnace stopped working. We called the Company's after hours line and they told us we gotta pay $140 (plus taxes) for them to come out. The guy came and fixed it, but couldn't figure out what caused the problem. On 24.Feb.2020, I talked to the owner Rob about the labor warranty issue. He said no HVAC companies give free after hours service, as far as he knows. Basically, he's saying they'll do labor warranty stuff for free for 40 hours a week, but for the other 127 hours, we gotta pay. Product_Or_Service: *** Order_Number:
The part was delivered to the house the service tech came out spent roughly two and a half hours replacing the compressor and the bill was $3,400
